Objective:Explore if terbutaline can attenuate myocardial ischemia–reperfusion Injury,if so,clear its mechanism.Methods:32 healthy male SD rats were divided into four groups randomly and equally, sham group, I/R group, terbutaline group, and terbutaline+L-NAME group, builded myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury mode, and given different disposal methods according to the experiment. HE stain method was used to observe cardiomyocyte status under light microscope; protein expression of Bcl-2,Bax,and eNOS was analyzed by immuno-histochemical technique;xanthine oxidase method was used to detect SOD activity, and thiobarbituric acid method was used to mesure the concentration of MDA.Results:Compared with the I/R group, the degree of myocardial damage of terbutaline group was significantly reduced;the expression of protein Bcl-2 and eNOS and SOD activity was significantly increased, while the expression of Bax and concentration of MDA was evidently reduced. Conclusion:Terbutaline can protect myocardial tissues and attenuate myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury due to its anti-apoptosis,improving endothelial function, and antioxidation.
