Objective:In this experiment, we want to detected Transformer2β(Tra2β),RGS16 protein expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC), and analyzed the relationship between the protein and clinical pathological features of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Further, we discussed the relationship between the expression of Tra2β,RGS16 protein and the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:We used immunohistochemical staining and Kaplan—Meier method, the Log—rank test, Cox multiple factors to analysis 64 and 84 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues of Tra2 β and RGS16 expression, then we want to know the relationship between the proteins and the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Results:Tra2βand RGS16 were both expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue and normal tissue. There were significant difference between the expression of tra2β and degree of differentiation(P< 0.05). There were significant difference between the expression of Tra2β and clinical stage of oral squamous cell carcinoma(P < 0.05). The Kaplan-Meier analysis show that Tra2β protein low expression of group 3 year survival rates was 86.6% and high expression of group 3 year survival rates was 52.9%; There were significant difference between the expression of RGS16 protein and the clinical stage of oral squamous cell carcinoma(P < 0.05). The Kaplan-Meier analysis show that RGS16 protein low expression of group 3 year survival rates was 85.7% and high expression of group 3 year survival rates was 62.7%; Cox multi-factor analysis results show that the high Tra2β、RGS16 protein expression is the indexes that affect the prognosis of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion:1、Expression of Tra2β, RGS16 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue and normal tissue, but there are differences at the expression level.2、Tra2βwas relation with the degree of differentiation and clinical stage with oral squamous cell carcinoma, and there were no significant relation with the patient’s age, gender, pathogenic site and lymph node metastasis.3、Survival analysis results show that high expression of Tra2β protein is one of the indexes that affect the prognosis of patients fall in oral squamous cell carcinoma, the higher Tra2βprotein expression, the worse prognosis; The lower Tra2β protein expression, the better the prognosis; The lower Tra2β express, the lower the mortality.4、Expression of RGS16 protein was relation with the clinical stage of oral squamous cell carcinoma, but there were no significant relation with the patient’s age, gender, degree of differentiation, pathogenic site and lymph node metastasis.5、Survival analysis results show that high expression of RGS16 protein is one of the indexes that affect the prognosis of patients fall in oral squamous cell carcinoma, The lower RGS16 protein expression, the better the prognosis; The lower RGS16 express, the lower the mortality.6、Tra2β,RGS16 can be used as a judgment of oral squamous cell carcinoma of the malignant degree of potential markers, closely associated with poor prognosis.
