Objective: To investigate the adverse reaction and efficacy in endostar combined with chemotherapy for the Treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma by using different intravenous administration,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods: Collecting 60 patients from June 2014 to september 2015,divided randomly into two groups, which using endostar combined with chemotherapy for the treatment.Endostar was durative transfused every 24 hours for 7 days in the experimental group, and instilled into the bodies for 14 days in the control.Recorded the original data and the examination results after 2 cycle to made statistics analysis. Results: Every patient was received from 2 cycles to 6 cycles, there was 0 CR in the two groups. There was no diferent about the ratio of CR+PR in the two groups in all of cycles,P<0.05.After 2 cycles, the ratio about CR+PR+SD was 86.7 % in the experimental group, and 60.0% in the control. After 4 cycles, the ratio about CR+PR+SD was 88.9 % in the experimental group, and 66.7% in the control. After 6 cycles, the ratio about CR+PR+SD was 62.5 % in the experimental group, and 57.1% in the control.Major toxicities in the two groups were hematological toxicity,Gastrointestinal reaction, liver and renal toxicity, and cardiac toxicity. The tatio about the toxicites was no differents in the two groups. The PFS was 6.5 months in the experimental group, and 6.0 months in the control.Log-rank test showed that there were significant differences between two groups. The average length of stay was 10.8 days in the experimental group, and 17.6 days in the control. Conclusion: Endostar durative transfusion combined with chemotherapy for the Treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma have batter efficacy and low rate of adverse eventwas. It is safety and efficacy. And this methods shortened hospital stay, increase the trunover rate of beds, and decreased economic cost.so this kind of administration method would be good for clinical popularization and application. |
