| Background/Object:United States Renal Data System(USRDS) Statistics: 2010 year-end stage renal disease(ESRD) incidence is 362 / million population. It is estimated that over the next 10 years will be the data rate of annual increase of 4.1% rise. And secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT) in patients with ESRD is the most common and difficult to control clinical complications, characterized in that parathyroid hormone(PTH) synthesis and secretion excessive,causing bone and joint system damage,and on the cardiovascular system,central nervous system,blood system,causing irreversible damage to the patient’s mortality rises. Therefore,reducing PTH level in order to improve the clinical symptoms of ESRD patients,improve the survival rate is very important. This study measured before and after a single treatment of various blood purification calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P) and PTH levels to explore the effects of different blood purification treatment of PTH with a view to improve the clinical symptoms in patients with ESRD and improve quality of life and survival.Methods:First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University collection hemodialysis room January 1,2015-June 30,2015 Law of the line blood purification treatment of patients,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,100 patients were enrolled: HD(low flux hemodialysis) patients, HDF(hemodiafiltration) patients,HFHD(high-flux hemodialysis) patients,HD+HP(hemoperfusion) patients,HFHD+HP 20 patients each Example. Collection of basic information into the group of patients(age,sex,primary disease constitute,dialysis,etc.),while the acquisition of dialysis patients before and after dialysis blood samples,biochemical test before and after treatment,Ca,P value,detected by chemiluminescence Treatment before and after PTH value compared before and after treatment Ca,P, changes in PTH levels.Results: After each treatment group compared to the level of blood Cea with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05):blood P levels in each group after treatment compared with before treatment,were significantly reduced(P <0.01):HFHD group PTH levels after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),PTH levels compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant after HD treatment group and HDF group(P <0.05),HD+HP after HFHD+HP PTH treatment group compared to the level before treatment,decreased significantly(P <0.01):compare before and after treatment of blood Ca blood P levels and the degree of change in each group,we found no significant difference(P> 0.05):Compare PTH levels the degree of change in each group before and after treatment, found that there was a significant difference(P <0.01), between the two groups were seen HD+HP group and HD group,HDF group,HFHD group was statistically significant(P <0.05), HFHD HD + HP group were compared with the group, HDF group, HFHD group was statistically significant(P <0.05),no difference was found between the groups over(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Five kinds of blood purification treatment can effectively remove phosphorus 2.HP mode can effectively remove PTH. |
