| Objective:To study the significance in the progress of liver fibrosis, through exploring change of plasma angiotensinâ…¡(Angâ…¡), angiotensin(1-7)[Ang(1-7)], ratio of Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7)and leptin in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and HBV-related cirrhosis. So as to seek and enrich effective methods for clinical treatment of liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis. Methods:The plasma samples, serum samples and general clinical data of 20 CHB patients, 60 HBV associated cirrhosis patients and 20 healthy controls were collected in this study. The levels of the Angâ…¡, Ang(1-7) and leptin were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), Statistical method was used to analysis the different expressions of Angâ…¡, Ang(1-7), Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7) ratio and leptin in different groups.Results:(1) The levels of Angâ…¡, Ang(1-7) and Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7) ratio in cirrhosis groups were significantly higher than those in hepatitis B and normal controls, P<0.01; The levels of Angâ…¡,Ang(1-7) and Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7) ratio in cirrhosis gradually elevated from Child-Pugh A group to C group and their had significant difference P<0.05.(2) The level of leptin in cirrhosis groups and CHB were higher than the control group, P <0.05; The level of leptin in cirrhosis gradually elevated from Child-Pugh Agroup to C group. The level of leptin in Child-Pugh A group had significant difference with C group, P <0.01.(3) There was a positive correlation between the level of Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7)ratio,leptin and Child-Pugh score(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) The levels of Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7) ratio and leptin increase significantly with the progress of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, the level have the guiding significance in evaluation of severity of cirrhosis.(2) There was a positive correlation between the level of Angâ…¡/Ang(1-7)ratio,leptin and Child-Pugh score. |
