Objective:To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on the body of patients with depression.Methods:In accordance with the depression diagnosis standard of《ICD-10》, 64 patients in our hospital were selected from March 2014 to March 2015. According to the treatment group were divided into simple drug treatment and drug therapy combined with psychotherapy group team, 34 patients join simple drug treatment group, the joint team psychotherapy group of 30 patients, two groups were compared Hamilton depression scale(Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD) score and symptom assessment form(SCL-90) total score and somatization score, Group psychotherapy 2 times a week, a total of 4 treatment,the general information of patients were collected before and after treatment, using SPSS19.0 for data entry, analysis of measurement data using independent sample t test,count data using X2 test. By comparing the two groups of patients with 24-HAMD score,SCL-90 total score and the score of the body, to observe the effect of group psychotherapy on the somatic symptoms of hospitalized patients with depression.Results:1 the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by t test of independent samples after normal test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Count data using chi square analysis of the statisticalanalysis, results showed that, patients in the two groups in gender, smoking, marital status,economic status, education level and family environment and differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.Drug treatment group and combined treatment group of patients with the extension of treatment time, the scores of HAMD before and after treatment for 2 weeks, 4weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks decreased, but combined treatment group were decreased obviously, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Using the symptom self rating scale SCL-90 patients in drug treatment group and combined treatment group were total score and the scores of somatization score. The results showed that the patients in the two groups after treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6weeks and 8 weeks total score and somatization score showed a downward trend, but combined treatment group decreased more significantly, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1. The combined treatment group patients in group psychotherapy for 2, 4, 6, 8weeks after drug treatment group HAMD score was significantly decreased, SCL-90 total score and somatization score than drug treatment group decreased significantly. Group psychotherapy alleviate the symptoms of emotional symptoms, physical symptoms through the group interaction of depression patients. Group members participated in the discussion,so the group cohesion play a role better, in order to improve the severity of depression symptoms.2. The HAMD score of the physical and somatic factors was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group. Group therapy through the power between members of the group, therapist leadership, so that patients find their source of stress and conflict, see family relationship rigid impact, multi angle to consider the issue, not only focus on the symptoms, through the symptoms look at the relationship between, general problems of its own, get on with home improvements, long-term sustainability of somatization symptoms alleviated.
