Objective: Transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography,(TA-CDU)and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,(TV-CDU) checks in combination, to aid diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical ultrasound cancer staging, provide the basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment, thus improving the patient’s quality of life and survival. Methods: The subjects selected from March 2014 to February 2016 Qinghai University Hospital gynecological tumors treated by cervical biopsy, TCT(Thin Prep cytology) and histopathologic biopsy of cervical cancer diagnosed 50 patients, tumor 50, as the observation group. Choose another year to hospital for gynecological examination and histopathology and cytology were normal in 50 patients as a control group. All patients underwent abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, sonographic contrast characteristics of the two groups. All relevant patient history to collect, such as menstrual history, marital history, pregnancy history. Joint calculation ultrasound results with histopathological diagnosis diagnostic accuracy.Result: Abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer rate in line with 96.0%, compared with a single transabdominal ultrasound(coincidence rate of 54.0%), transvaginal ultrasound coincidence rate(80.0%) are high, and the difference was statistically significance(P <0.05).Conclusion: The abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound combined with a more accurate diagnosis of cervical cancer, provide important information for clinical staging and determining treatment options. |
