Objective:To summarize the cinical significance of abdominal puncture percutaneous catheter drainage of abdominal compartment syndrome in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university EICU in January 2007 to January 2016,145 cases of severe acute pancreatitis, including screening combined abdominal compartment syndrome 51 cases, according to the treatment into percutaneous puncture drainage of abdominal cavity pressure relief groups (group A, n=27) and not suffer abdominal puncture drainage decompression group (group B, n=24). The treatment results of two groups were analyzed. Results:ICU stay time of group A (28.8±21.5), blood purification time (183.5± 77.0), (20.2±12.1) mechanical ventilation time and internal nutrition standard time (21.3±15.6), intra-abdominal pressure returned to normal time (18.9±11.5), days of continuous use of antibiotics (33.3±23.5) was lower than that in group B, ICU stay time (56.8±32.9), blood purification (270.2±24.4), (49.9±21.9) mechanical ventilation time and internal nutrition standard time (45.7±8.7), intra-abdominal pressure returned to normal time (30.0±9.3), days of continuous use of antibiotics (74.3±35.6) (P<0.05).In 51 cases of SAP with ACS patients,41.2% of the total mortality. A group of 27 cases,20 cases of successful rescue,7 cases died, accounting for 25.9% of the patients of group A; B group of 24 cases,10 cases were rescued successfully,14 cases of death, accounting for 58.3% of the group B patients.Conclusion:1.SAP patients with a higher mortality rate of ACS(41.2%).2. Abdominal decompression drainage can obviously reduce the mortality of SAP with ACS patients.3. Abdominal decompression drainage can obviously reduce ICU stay time, blood purification time, mechanical ventilation time, internal nutrition standard time, intra-abdominal pressure returned to normal time and days of continuous use of antibiotics, reduce the medical burden.
