Clinical research of compact bone grafting and Bushenhuoxue soup for treatment of early and mid-stage osteonecrosis of femoral head1ã€Objective:To clarify the clinical efficacy of compact bone grafting surgery and Bushenhuoxue soup on early and mid-stage osteonecrosis of femoral head, and analyze the reason of clinical influencement.2ã€Methods:patients(91hip)were involved which including ARCOâ…¡A~ⅢB.47 hips treated by compact bone grafting and Bushenhuoxue soup were seted as set as treatment group, while another 44 hips accepted simple compact bone grafting were designated as control group. Hip Harris score and radiographic stable rate of X-ray were used for evaluation of clinical efficacy.3ã€Results:The follow-up time was 12 to36 months,27.6months in average.10 hips received total hip arthroplasty because of severe collapse. Postoperative Harris score of two groups were significant higher than preoperation(P< 0.05). Harris score of two groups of last postoperative follow-up were (89.00±2.703) and (85.84±2.925) respectively(P< 0.05). Radiographic stable rate of two groups were 82.98% and 81.82% respectively with no statistically significant (P> 0.05). As for different stage of osteonecrosis of femoral head, radiographic stable rate of ARCO II stage was 86.11%, which was statistically higher than ARCOâ…¢stage(P<0.05). Harris score of two stages had no significant difference(P>0.05).4ã€Conclusions::Compact bone grafting and Bushenhuoxue soup for early and mid-stage osteonecrosis of femoral head were effective in elevating function of hip joint and preventing collapse of femoral head. The stage, position and extent of osteonecrosis of femoral head played an importment role in the treatment. |
