The Clinical Study Of Annao Granule About Acute Cerebral Infarction Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Annao granule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,provide new clinical basis for Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Select 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis from March 2015 to January 2016.Divide them into two different groups randomly,and each group contains 30 cases. The treatment group take Annao granules, one dose a day, morning and evening hours service.The control group treat with conventional therapy only.Each case of them will be treated 14 days.The clinical effects are evaluated by themeans of TCM syndrome score,NIHSS(National Institute of Health stroke scale) and the Barthel index of ADL. At the same time, the safety index and adverse reaction will be recorded during the observation. Then all records of the research are given statistics analyze.Results:1.The results shows that there is no statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group in trems of age,gender, TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and the Barthel index of ADL before the treatment (P>0.05).2.After the treatment,the clinical manifestation are improved obviously in both the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01).3.The results shows that compared with the control group,the clinical effects of the treatment group is better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group have significant effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and the treatment group is better.The results shows that Annao granule can improve neurologic impairment symptoms and self-care ability of patient, and improve the life quality of patients.Meanwhile, Annao granule is safe and have non-toxic side effects,providing new clinical approach for the clinical treatment of such patients.
