The Clinical Observation Of Soothing Liver And Strengthening Spleen Decoction In Improving Ovarian Reserve Of DOR And POF

Objective:Under the observation about clinical curative effect of decline in ovarian reserve and premature ovarian failure through soothing liver and strengthening spleen, and the evaluation about clinical symptoms and indicators before and after the treatment in patients, compared with the western medicine group, we aim to further explore the advantage and mechanism of soothing liver and strengthening spleen in the role of ovarian reserve function, and also to provide the basis for clinical popularization and application.Methods:The clinical observation method was used to study the outpatients and inpatients in the department of gynecology and women health of Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to January 2016. A total of 60 patients with diagnostic criteria were divided into three groups:one group is given Shugan Jianpi Decoction, morning and evening twice a dose of drug; the second is treated with Finn cycle sequential therapy; and the last is cured both decoction and Finn. Three menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for a course of treatment. We treat traditional TCM syndrome integral, serum sex hormone(FSH, LH, E2), and antral follicle count(AFC) as the observation indexes, in order to conclude a comprehensive evaluation on the efficacy and safety of Shugan Jianpi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was 65%, of Western medicine was 70%, and 90% in the integrative medicine group. All scores of TCM syndromes groups were decreased after treatment, and the integral difference saw a statistical significance (P<0.05). Among them, the combined TCM and Western medicine group got the best curative effect (P<0.05), while Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group contrast had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). In the aspect of sex hormones, the levels of serum FSH, LH and E2 were all improved after every method’s treatment, and the combined TCM and Western medicine group showed an advantage(P<0.05) in improving the level of sex hormones, while traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group had no significant difference (P>0.05). In the aspect of antral follicles, the numbers of them all increased after treatment by three groups, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Among them, the combined TCM and Western medicine group made the best performance, and the western medicine group superior to the TCM group (P<0.05).Conclusion:This study which use Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of DOR and POF, has achieved certain effects on patients in improving their symptoms of menstruation, low estrogen symptoms, hormone levels and antral bubble number. By regulating the patient’s ovarian function, and to promote the development of follicle, the method can improve the reproductive capacity of infertile patients to a certain extent. It is testified that the total efficiency of the TCM group is 60%, and the combined group 90%. Therefore, we conclude that Shugan Jianpi Decoction can make a curative effect in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type ovarian reserve dysfunction.
