Clinical Study Of The Impact Fo Xiao Chai Hu Tang To The Pacients’ Bile Acid On A High-fat Diet After Biliary Tract Surgery

Objective To observe the impact of Xiao Chai Hu Tang to the patients’ bile acids(glycocholic acid GCA, glycochenodeoxycholic acid GCDCA, taurocholic acid TCA, taurochenodeoxycholic acid TCDCA) on a high-fat diet after biliary tract surgery.Methods By adopting the method of randomized controlled clinical trials,40 consistent with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones after Western diagnostic criteria for liver and gallbladder qi TCM is based diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups.Prescription Medicines:Xiao Chai Hu Tang (Chai Hu 8g, Huang Qin 12g, Jin Qiancao 18g, Yu Jin 12g, Ji Neijin 12g,Fu Lin 12g, Qin Pi 10g, Chen Pi 10g,Jiang Banxia 12g, Zhi Ke 12g, Shan Zha 12g, Bai Shao 12g, Chi Shao 12g, Dang Gui 12g,Mang Xiao 5g, Da Zao 15g,Sheng Jiang 15g, Zhi Gancao 6g). Treatment methods:Made of traditional Chinese medicine preparation package by Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to start taking after recovery of intestinal function, a pack of Chinese medicine preparation package in the morning and at night, for a month, eat regular food at the same time, to clip pipe in the third week, to eat fat food after four days later,for three days; control group:Patients with biliary postoperative eat regular diet after intestinal function recovery, to drink a cup fo 50 ml warm water in the morning and at night, for a month, to clip pipe in the third week, to eat fat food after four days later,for three days. Respectively, before surgery, the third week after the pinch before and after high-fat diet for three days, the patient fasting state to extract blood 5ml. Detection of serum bile acid concentration(glycocholic acid GCA, glycocholic CDCA GCDCA, TCA TCA, taurocholic chenodeoxycholic acid TCDCA).Results GCA and TCA in test group are significantly higher than in the control group with three-days’high-fat diet.GCDCA and TCDCA in test group are significantly lower than in the control group with three-days’high-fat diet.Conculsion Through the serum bile acid in patients with biliary postoperative fat meal diet under observation, experimental group patients’serum GCA and TCA concentration is higher than the control group,GCDCA and TCDCA concentration is lower than the control group,it means that Xiao Chai Hu Tang has certain regulation effect on patients’ serum bile acid.
