Objective:To investigate the effect of electro acupuncture on the expression of PPARcc and TNFa in the liver of ApoE-/- mice.Methods:30 ApoE-/- mice were randomly divided into model group, drug group and EA group, every group has 10 rats. Electro acupuncture group treated with acupuncture points: Shenmen, Neiguan, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao, and connecting to the Han’s acupuncture instrument, the group of drugs given simvastatin 40mg/(kg-d). HE staining was used to detect the expression of PPARa and TNFa in the liver of mice, and the expression of PPARa protein was detected by western blot. Results:Immunohistochemistry and western blot experiments show that expression of the EA group mouse liver PPARa in liver was significantly higher than the model group, protect liver cells and reduce the lipid deposition; liver TNFa immunohistochemistry experiments show:compared with the model group, EA can reduce the expression of TNFa(P<0.05).Conclusion:EA treatment of benign regulate ApoE-/- mice lipid metabolism, reduce lipid deposition, and by the combined effect of inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
