Objective:Ingredients like this paper to CINV as the research, Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction high position retained enema is applied to CINV in patients with breast cancer who was planned to accept the first recycle chemotherapy. The clinical effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction high position retained enema are evaluated by R-INVR. Meanwhile, Contrast between Chinese and western combined therapy with western nedicine therapy on the curative efficacy of. And compare the methods of high position retained enema therapy with traditional oral therapy of the curative effect of difference, to provide a valuable reference for the clinical treatment and nursing of CINV.Methods:90 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria wite breast cancer from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between August 2014 and November 2015 were randomly delected into the enema group (n=30), oral group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The control group was applied with conventional western medicine therapy alone; The enema group was used with combination of Chinese and western therapy:on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment cooperates Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction high position retained enema; The oral group also used the combination of Chinese and western therapy:on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment cooperates Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction orally. All starting from 1 hour after chemotherapy, once a day, for 3 days. Then to observe the duration, frequency and degree of patients vomiting, nausea and retching in there groups during the first day to the third day and the seventh day. Results:In this research, the final valid cases were 86 the enema group (n=29), oral group (n=28) and control group (n=29) as abscission among 90 collected patients with 30 persons each group. Compared 4 abscission cases with all other 86 cases, the baseline date such as age, height, weight, type of surgery and anesthesia, pathological type and stage, histological grade, chemotherapy regimens, Karnofsky score there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). There were also no statistically significant difference during the baseline date of the enema group (n=29),oral group (n=28),and control group (n=29) (P>0.05), so the three groups is comparable. The difference bewteen enema group and the control group of the dates during dl, d2, d3, d7 after chemotherapy shows, the duration, frequency and degree of vomiting and retching scores there are statistical significance (P<0.05). But the duration, frequency and degree of vomiting at d1 there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), the same as the scores of the degree of vomiting at d7. Contrasting between the Enema group with oral group, the duration, frequency and degree of vomiting, with the duration and frequency of retching there are statistical significance (P<0.05) at dl, but at d7 the scorces’s difference of three dimension there were no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Adverse reaction after chemotherapy as constipation and abdominal distention, the both cases there were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. This research in the related basic theory of using traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction is applied to the symptoms of nausea and vomiting (CINV) after breast cancer chemotherapy, compared with western medicine alone, relieving CINV better and faster, improving the quality of life.2. Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction high position retained enema with conventional western medicine therapy, compared with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction oral therapy, can shorten the acute CINV s retching experience time, reduce nausea and retching frequency, severity relieve nausea. But with the advancement of chemotherapy, igh position retained enema therapy has no obvious difference compared with oral therapy.3. Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction high position retained enema is applied to the CINV in this study shows it is simple, safe and reliable and effective to carry out this research. This study could provide a new clue for the further utilization of rectal administration by applying Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on form of high position retained enema to CINV.
