| ObjectiveThis study focused on:1) the distribution of TCM syndrome factors of chronic heart failure with anemia.2) The relationship between physical and chemical parameters of each TCM syndrome factors; 3) Compared with Chronic Heart Failure to explore the difference of TCM syndrome factors between the two.MethodsThe study select 298 inpatients cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine University, in which 193 chronic heart failure with anemia patients,105 chronic heart failure patients. Collect general information of patients, four diagnostic information, physical and chemical indicators. General information includes:age, gender, functional class, mainly associated disease, the underlying disease, smoking history, drinking history, etc; Four diagnostic data using the "syndrome distinguish syndrome element scale" which was formulated by Professor Zhu Wenfeng; Physical and chemical indicators include brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), hemoglobin (HGB), red blood cell distribution width (RDW), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), high density lipoprotein protein cholesterol (HDL-C), uric acid (UA), serum creatinine (Cr) albumin (ALB), etc.Results1. Disease location factors of chronic heart failure with anemia group prime focus:170 cases of lung (88%),158 cases of heart (82%),142 cases of kidney (74%),91 cases of spleen (47%),22 cases of liver (11%); Disease syndrome elements are mainly concentrated in:178 cases of qi deficiency (92%), 152 cases of Yang (79%),149 cases of anemia (77%),135 cases of sputum (70%), 120 cases of Yin (62%),96 cases of Stasis (50%),60 cases of drink evil (31%), 22 cases of qi stagnation (11%).2.
