| ObjectiveKnee osteoarthritis is a common disease of the elderly, along with China’s growing aging, its incidence is escalating, reducing the quality of life of the elderly population, increasing social and economic burden. Zhuo acupuncture to treat the disease is curative, the present study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of penetration acupuncture therapy knee arthritis, rich Yanglingquan through yinlingquan connotation clinical applications, as well as penetration acupuncture for knee arthritis efficacy provided clinical evidence.MethodsIn this study,60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received Yanglingquan through barbed yinlingquan treatment, control group and common acupuncture Yanglingquan yinlingquan treatment group Operation:Operation:Point routine disinfection, taken in front of the fibular head below the depression Yanglingquan to 304-inch (0.32mm* 100mm, Suzhou Universal plant global brand stainless steel acupuncture needles) needle needle quickly, through the barbed 3 to 4 inches to give after the application of fast small arc gas lift and thrust twisting (twisting frequency is 120 times/min, twisting amplitude of 360 °, lift and thrust magnitude of 0.5 to 1 inch) 2min, the needle 30min, needle injection small arc before fast mention plug twist turn 2min,3 times a week,3 times for a course of treatment,2 courses. Control methods of operation:point routine disinfection to 301.5-inch (0.32mm* 50mm, factory production in Suzhou Universal Global brand stainless steel acupuncture needles) needle quickly into the needle, needle Yanglingquan, yinlingquan, acupuncture may air after needle for 30 minutes, three times a week,3 times for a course of treatment,2 courses. After pre-treatment and the use of Western Ontario McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index visualization scale WOMAC (western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis index) and knee osteoarthritis treatment criteria (JOA) patients were evaluated and (nimodipine reference method) clinical efficacy was evaluated according to WQMAC rates observed penetration acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis WOMAC scale score, JOA score and affect the clinical efficacy.ResultsTwo sets of clinical data comparing the treatment group 6 males and 24 females, mean age 57.32±4.71 years, with an average duration of 20.36± 3.29 months, the control group,8 males and 22 females, mean age 56.76± 5.12 years, mean duration 19.96±3.68 months. The two groups were not significantly different (P> 0.05) in sex, age, disease duration, comparable.Before treatment, WOMAC scale score was 40.87±3.21, after treatment 26.39±5.65; control group before treatment WOMAC scale score was 41.02 ±2.75, after treatment was 29.47±5.13. Before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group WOMAC osteoarthritis rating scales, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group WOMAC osteoarthritis of the knee rating scale scores lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, JOA score was 70.82+10.57, after treatment 90.51 ±6.93, control group before treatment was 71.09±9.21, after treatment was 86.37±7.18. Before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, JOA score, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group JOA score score higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The treatment group markedly effective rate was 63.33%, the total effective rate was 76.67%, markedly effective rate was 36.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 50.00%, markedly effective rate in treatment group, the total efficiency of the control group, the differences were statistically significance (P<0.05).ConclusionThe results of this study show that Yanglingquan through barbed yinlingquan penetration acupuncture on clinical efficacy in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee is better than ordinary acupuncture can reduce knee osteoarthritis patients WOMAC scale score of patient’s knee pain, stiffness, function improvement; the same time can be increased in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee JOA score, the patient walking down the stairs, buckling, swelling improvement. |
