ObjectiveWith the rapid development of modern society and economy, people’s living standards are increasing, and the expectations of medical level and health condition are higher and higher. So looking for a safe and effective drug is one of the goals of the medical workers. Chronic nasal sinusitis-Chinese belongs to the ancient medical category of slow nasosinusitis, is one of the more frequently occurring in the Department of ENT, more and more influence people’s quality of life;In the modern medicine, the main treatment principles are anti-inflammation, anti-inflammation, improving ventilation and drainage, And long-term use of certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs are prone to drug resistance and a series of side effects;Surgical treatment to create the anatomical structure and smooth drainage, it is not timely and effective to resolve the inflammation of the nasal cavity, and it is easy to recur after operation. Therefore, Chinese medicine is gradually being favored by the nasal physicians and patients with chronic nasal sinusitis. Nasal irrigation, as one of the effective methods of adjuvant therapy, has been widely used in clinical practice; However, there are still a lot of controversies about the choice of nasal washing fluid. At present, western medicine nasal wash fluid development limitations, and the traditional Chinese medicine washing liquid to discharge is a common status quo are difficult to apply in the treatment of sinusitis lung and spleen deficiency. Our hospital professor Wang Dejian follow the dialectical principles on treatment and the overall concept, starting from the theory of Yin and Yang Qi, invented the sinus perfusion fluid, with’Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo’effect;Has been used in clinical for nearly forty years, its role is wide, safe and effective. However, in the past, the study of sinu perfusion was used in the treatment of nasal cavity after functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and it is seldom used for the conservative treatment of chronic sinusitis. Therefore, this study will explore the sinus perfusion nasal rinse with clinical curative effect of traditional Chinses medicine in the treatment of sinusitis lung and spleen deficiency.MethodsCollected in 2015 June to January 2016 in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital otolaryngology clinic with the research into the standard of sinusitis patients both lung and Spleen Qi deficiency in 66 cases. The subjects were divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group. The general situation of the subjects were recorded. According to the syndrome classification and quantification standard score sheet, the scores of the subjects’primary syndrome and the secondary syndrome were recorded before treatment. The treatment group subjects using sinus perfusion nasal rinse with Chinses herbs for the treatment of 4 weeks of tutor; The control group using saline nasal irrigation, but also the same with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally for 4 weeks. Patients in the two groups were asked to review the treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, according to the classification of syndrome grading standard score table, Two groups of patients were reexamined in 2 weeks of treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, and were recorded in two subjects after 2 weeks of treatment, the main card after 4 weeks of treatment and integral time card. Finally, the data recorded before treatment and after treatment were recorded in the Excel table, and the data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.ResultsBetween the treatment group and the control group were integral in age, gender, course of disease between the treatment group and the control group. The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), comparable;Comprehensive evaluation of efficacy, the rank sum test,2 weeks after treatment, P>0.05, the treatment group compared with the control group. After 4 weeks treatment, P<0.05, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate was 96.9% in the treatment group after treatment; The total effective rate of control group was 72.7%;The total effective rate of the two group were tested by chi square test, P<0.05, the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different; To two groups of nasal congestion, runny nose, distention and pain in the head, olfactory loss, nasal secretions, nasal mucosa, middle turbinate symptom scores were compared between groups, Using the rank sum test, P<0.05;The scores of symptoms and signs in the group were compared, P< 0.05(Except for the control group, the symptoms of smell decrease); That have improved the efficacy of the two group of drugs on the main symptoms and signs of lung and spleen Deficiency of nasosinusitis, but the treatment group than the control group; Before and after treatment, the degree of disease was compared, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionIn the early treatment, the therapeutic effect of the sinus perfusion group and the physiological saline group was equivalent, which can play the role of flushing the nasal secretions, threreby promoting the nasal mucosa inflammation subsided and functional recovery. In the later period of treatment, the therapeutic effect of the sinus perfusion group was more significant, which showed that the nasal cavity and nasal sinuses of the traditional Chinese medicine were more durable, and had good clinical therapeutic effect. In the improvement of the points and the degree of disease, the sinus perfusion fluid group were better than the normal saline group.
