Purpose: Power in exercise to lose weight, fat percentage and exercise intensity, obesity, athletic ability has a close relationship. When exercise intensity is small, fat decomposition exercise power ratio is higher; Power increases as the exercise intensity, sugar decomposition ratio increases gradually, power proportion reduced fat. This study 24 moderately severe obesity female teenagers as the research object, with quiet + heart rate reserve x(20-40) % as the bull ’s-eye of exercise for weight loss rate, by looking after the exercise intervention effect reducing weight, explore the motion to reduce weight the bull ’s-eye rate and the corresponding load,the change rule of absolute motion for scientific selection exercise intensity and improve the effect of weight loss to provide experimental basis for reducing weight.Methods: The object of study for the 2015 Shanghai top weight loss camp 24 moderately severe obesity female adolescents, age was(16.65±1.82). This experiment ask them for 4 weeks, 6 days a week,every 4 h exercise to lose weight. As heart rate reserve quiet +(20-40) %as an exercise for weight loss rate of the bull ’s-eye, sports include fast walking, elliptical machine, table tennis, badminton, basketball, aerobics, swimming, sports, games, etc. Diet to ensure sugar, fat and protein material heat supply ratio is about 60% ~ 70%, 10% ~ 15% and 70% ~10%, by professional nutritionists catering.In the movement before and after the intervention, the participants would be tested to the following:(1) measure the quiet heart rate, body weight, body fat rate, BMI, blood fat and insulin;(2) in power bicycle for50 w, 75 w and 100 w, the increasing of load test, keep on moving load per level 3 min, the interval of 1 min, at every level immediately after load movement has stopped eeg, ecg, and finger tip blood to measure blood lactic acid value.Results1. Around after aerobic exercise and dietary interventions, 24 excessie weight loss in obese adolescent girls(8.78±1.36) Kg, body fat rate dropped(4.21±0.88) %, BMI decreased by(3.88±1.86) Kg/m2, the paired samples t test, the above indexes are very significantly lower(P< 0.01).2. Around after aerobic exercise and dietary interventions, TG decreased(0.61±0.36) m mol/L, TC down(0.89± 0.52) m mol/L, LDL- C down(0.48±0.34) m mol/L, FINS down(65.90±33.14) p mol/L, the paired samples t test, appear very significantly lower(p < 0.01), the rise of HDL- C/LDL- C also has the significant statistical significance.3. Surrounded by aerobic exercise and dietary interventions before 24 moderately severe obesity female adolescents in 50 w and 75 w and100 w stated exercise load of lactic acid value were(1.78±0.43) m mol/L, m mol/L(2.59±0.78) and(4.08±0.72) m mol/L, after the intervention under the same exercise load corresponding to the lactic acid value respectively(1.54±0.32) m mol/L, m mol/L(1.75±0.21)and(2.63±0.60) m mol/L, in per load values of blood lactic acid level were very significant decline(P < 0.01), blood lactic acid after exercise intervention, adaptability of positive change.4. Aerobic exercise intervention before, around 24 moderately severe obesity female adolescents exercise to lose weight the bull ’s-eye rate range(113.46±9.36)-(133.42±6.96), and the corresponding movement of load between 51.38 W to 74.06 W, and around after aerobic exercise intervention, 24 moderately severe obesity female adolescents exercise to lose weight the bull ’s-eye rate range(103.71±7.04)-(128.29±5.33), and the corresponding movement of load in the 62.70 W to 86.16 W. Movement after the intervention, 24 moderately severe obesity female youth movement the bull ’s-eye rate very significantly decreased(P < 0.01), and the matching of absolute motion load increase instead.Conclusion1. Aerobic exercise intervention around very significantly reduced moderately severe obesity female adolescent body weight, body fat rate, BMI, and obesity.2. Aerobic exercise intervention around very significantly reduced moderately severe obesity female adolescents serum triglyceride,total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c) and FINS, improve blood lipid metabolism;3. Around after aerobic exercise intervention, under the same exercise load appears to be very significant decline in heart rate and blood lactic acid, prompt aerobic exercise intervention can improve the relation between obese female adolescent cardiovascular function and energy metabolism system level;4. Around after aerobic exercise intervention, exercise to lose weight the bull ’s-eye rate reduce, and the matching of absolute motion load increase instead.
