The Clinical Observation Of Xianlong Yishen Granule Treated The Patient Of Qi Yin Deficience And Blood Stasis Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective The purpose of this article was to understand the clinical curative effect of xian long yi shen Granule on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 60 cases meeting the inclusion criteria and the clinical manifestation of deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis in patients with diabetic nephropathy were takon as models. Experiment was divided into treatment and Control group with 30 cases in each group. on the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group was given Xianlong Yishen granule, control group given ke Luo Xin Capsule. The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, blood lipid, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24-hour urine protein, urine microalbumin, vascular endothelial growth factor effect and TCM syndrome integral therapeutic effect and safety index changes were observed.Results The total effctive rate of treatment group with Xianlong Yishen Granule given the patient Of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis of diabetic nephropathy was 86.66% and the control group was 73.32%. The effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.01); In symptom scores,the treatment group and control group were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P < 0.01), but the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01); In 24 hours urinary protein excretion、urinary albumin total cholesterol, blood glucose, the treatment was lower than the control group(P < 0.05); In triglyceride,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P < 0.01); In glycosylated hemoglobin, the treatment and control group both decreased significantly(P < 0.01); Two groups both decreased after treatment in vascular endothelial growth factor(P < 0.05); The abnormal liver function and renal function in the two group did not appear.Conclusion 1. The clinilal efficacy and the improving of TCM symptom of the treatment group with Xianlong yishen granule were higher than the control group.2.The Xianlong yishen granule can reduce 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate microalbuminuria and the vascular endothlial growth factor of the diabetic nephropathy in patients with stage Ⅲ and can postpone the progress of diabetic nephropathy.2.The Xianlong yishen granule can regulate the blood glucose and the lipid disorders.
