ObjectiveTo observe the effect of acupuncture and medicine in mild cognitive disorder (MCI),and the changes of NAA,Cho,MI,Cr in Magnetic Resonance Spectrum(MRS) to further understand the mechanism of acupuncture in MCI after acute cerebral infarction.otherwise,we can learn the relationship beetween the NAA, Cho, Cr, MI with MCI.Our purpose is to provide the objective basis of acupuncture in MCI after acute cerebral infarction.Methods60 patients who met the criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nimodipine,30mg,TID for 4 weeks, while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and nimodipine,30mg,TID for 4 weeks; In accordance with the national standard of "acupoints",selected Baihui,shenting,Sishencong,Hegu,Taichong,Sanyinjiao^7eng uplift and Zusanli, all the acupoints used a mild reinforcing-reducing method,30min,one time/day,6 times/week. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The two groups were observed of Mini mental State Examination(MMSE),the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)(beijing version),the score of TCM syndrome(SDSVD) and the change of NAA,Cho,Cr,MI before and after treatment. The data were processed by SPSS 18.Results1,Before treatment two groups of patients had no significant statistical difference in gender,age,education(P>0.05);2, After treatment, the scores of two groups in MMSE, MoCA increased, there was significant difference compared with brfore treatment (P<0.01); SDSVD scores in both groups decreased, there was significant difference compare with before treatment(P<0.01); After treatment, there was statistically significant in the scores of MMSE, MoCA, SDSVD compared with control group(P<0.05).3, After treatment, the total efficiency of SDSVD in treatment group was 90.0% and the control group was 73.3%, there was statistically significant compared with groups(P<0.05);4,After treatment,NAA/Cr rised, there was significant difference compare with before treatment in the left side of the control group (P<0.01), and there was statisticallydifference compare with before treatment in the right side(P<0.05). while there was significant difference compared with before treatment in the both sides of the treatment group(P<0.01)After treatment,MI/Cr decreased, there was statistically significant difference compared with before treatment both in left side of control group(P<0.05), and threre was significant difference compared with before treatment in the right side of treatment group(P<0.01).While there was significant difference compared with before treatment in both sides of treatment group(P<0.01).After treatment there was not statistically significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05),and it was the same resault compared with before treatment in two groups.ConclusionSo it indicated that acupuncture had a certain effect on MCI after acute cerebral infarction,in particular, the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine isbetter than pure medicine therapy.Last, according to the changes of metabolic substanc-es in MRS,it may provide an objective basis for the diagnosis of MCI,thus we can m-ake for the early intervention treatment to delay or reverse the progression of the disease.
