Influence Of Huaiqihuang Granule On Children In Hormone Induction Period, Who Has Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

ObjectionBased on surveys of clinical cases, the report aims to discuss the influence of Huaiqihuang Granule on children in hormone induction period, who has Primary Nephrotic Syndrome。 Consequently, it provides objective criterion and theoretical evidence to doctors when using Huaiqihuang Granule to treat those children.Method1、 Case Selection:According to the diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria both in Chinese and Western medicine,44 cases were chosen from children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome。These children were diagnosed by the pediatrics of guangdong provincial tcm hospital and the women and children’s medical center of guangzhou, from March 2015 to January 2016.2、 Case Segmentation:Divide samples into 2 groups randomly and ensure that each group has 22 children. Children in Group A are purely in hormone induction period. Children in Group B are Huaiqihuang Granule and in hormone induction period.3、Clinical Observation:The observer interviewed the direct dependents of children in two groups through telephone successively for 4-6 weeks, in order to get data for TCM syndrome integral survey scale of kidney and liver yin deficiency type. The type is based on thediagnostic criteria of Nephrotic Syndrome which reference to 《Chinese medicine cl inical research of new drugs guiding principles》 of "kidney Yin deficiency syndrome clinical guidelines", which was published by Chinese medical science and technology press in 2002。The type also references to the《primary nephrotic syndrome diagnosis, dialectical classifiedtion and curative effect evaluation (try out》,which was formulated by the Kidney disease branch of China association of Chinese medicine, and the《pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine》 of 7th edition.4、Statistic Analysis:Put the TCM score into Excel graph to building the data base. By means of SPSS 2.0 software, Descriptive statistical analysis frequency number analysis and Student’s t test were used to analyze the general information that was in order to realize the homogeneity of variance. Then to discover the Multiple measurement variance analysis and Mauchlysphericity test were conducted when enumeration data.Results1、Divergence of overall TCM score within Group A and Group B in different induction period is meaningful in statistics(Group A:p=0.002＜0.05;Group B:p value<0.001). And the divergence of overall TCM score betweenGroup A and Group B in different induction period is also meaningful in statistics(p value<0.001).2、In different period, TCM scoreof mouth swallows and dry pharynx in Group B are remarkable in statistics (P=0.014<0.05; P=0.038＜0.05)3、 Validity in Group A and Group B:Group A-Ease of remission is 40.9%; Group B, which were treated by Huaiqihuang Granule-Ease of remission is 63.6%. The divergence between two groups is still meaningless, because P value is 0.131＞0.05 when manipulating Chi-square analyze the valid persons in two groups.Conelusion1、Liver kidney yin deficiency type of children with the Primary Nephrotic Syndrome, who are in induction period, could ease the remission by themselves.2、 There is certain efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granule to relieve the symptoms of l.iver-kidney yin deficiency type for the childrenwith nephrotic syndrome symptoms, who are in induction period.3、Huaiqihuang Granulecould be the method to ease the symptoms of mouth swallows, dry pharynx and flushed face for the Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types of Liver-kidney yin deficiency in children with nephrotic syndrome symptoms, who are in induction period.
