Warming Yang And Promoting Blood Circulation In Treatment Of Acne Of Yang Deficiency Type

ObjectiveThis study was to explore the acne of Yang deficiency type, using this method of warming yang and promoting blood circulation in treatment, observation of moxibustion with stab winding cupping therapy effect on improving the curative effection of acne of Yang deficiency type. As to optimize the scheme of acupuncture treatment clinical evidence of the acne of Yang deficiency type.MethodsFrom the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic and traditional therapy clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Provance, it is collectiion of 89 Yang deficiency type of acne patients eligible for study. According to the research purpose, it was randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group 1 (29 cases) and control group 2(29 cases). (1) All the three group of acupuncture point is LI11,LU5, Foot Tree Li, SP6, LR3, regular disinfection with 75% alcohol,1-1.5 inches filiform needle, choose acupuncture routine acupuncture, mild reinforcing-attenuating, once every other day,3 times a week. (2) The treatment group with moxibustion and cupping winding. Operation method, respectively, as follows:choose moxibustion acupuncture point for cv12, CV6, will be the same size of moxa cone on the light, a total of moxibustion and strong, once every other day, 3 times a week.; Stab winding cupping selected acupoints like BL13、 BL17、 BL21, according to the dialectical each operation to choose two different acupuncture points, around each one. After acupoints selected local regular disinfection, use disposable needles quick prick point 3, make the blood to flow naturally, then use medium glass jars with flash fire cupping, leave a tank for 5 minutes. Interval of acupuncture treatment of one at a time. Control 1 group with moxibustion, compared two groups combined with cupping winding, concrete operation and the treatment group. Above all is a course of 4 weeks, continuous treatment after two courses of overall curative effect observation. Establish a database, using SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group and control groupl, control group 2 was 93.30%、73.33%、68.97% respectively, the comparative difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In the improvation of ance skin, the comparison between the treatment group and control group, of two groups before and after treatment 1 detected points were significantly decreased, the treatment group compared with control group 1, control group 2, the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).ConclusionUsing this method of warming yang and promoting blood circulation with Yang deficiency type acne treatment, both in general curative effect, or the improvement of the lesion, has stable curative effect, and the recurrence rate compare with using moxibustion or stab winding cupping is relatively low. This method in the treatment of Yang deficiency type acne has certain guiding significance, can improve the clinical curative effect and decrease the recurrence rate.
