Observation Of The Clinical Effectiveness Of Xuexu Within The Type Of Cervical-heart Syndrome Treated By The Jiaweisiwukeli Combined With Cervical Traction

Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the of Jiaweisiwukeli Combined with Cervical Traction on the treatment of cervical-heart syndrome within the type of xuexu.Methods:The 80 cervical-heart syndrome within the type of xuexu were choosed and divided into treatment group and control group at random.each group were 40cases.The control group were treated by Cervical Traction,while patients in the treatment group were treated by Jiaweisiwukeli twice a day on the base of Cervical Traction.10 days for a course, the changes of the clinical symptom and quality of life, and the effects were observed after treatment of 3 courses.Results:1、After ten days, twenty days and thirty days of treatment, the score of the main symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain, breathe hard and neck pain, the total score of TCM syndrome were all reduced apparently as compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant within the two groups(p<0.05). the total score of TCM syndrome were decreased with the prolongation of treatment time.2、The difference of the symptoms score of the symptoms, the TCM syndrome total score, individual disappearance rate of the main symptoms and the clinical efficacy were significant between the two group (p<0.05).3、The difference of the recovery rate of ECG was not significant between the two group (p>0.05).Conclusion:1、Jiaweisiwukeli Combined with Cervical Traction has a better in the total main symptoms than Cervical Traction on carotid cardiac syndrome patients.2、In terms of improving patient ECG findings, this study relates to the use of a single oral Supplemented Four particles and cervical traction therapy on the clinical effects of two neck heart syndrome are weaker than the effect of combined use of both.
