Effect Of Acupoint Sticking Therapy On MiRNAs Of Asthma Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Object:To observe the effect on symptoms, quality of life that acupoint sticking therapy asthma patients with allergic rhinitis, and detection and asthma related to the serum miRNAs and acupoint sticking therapy effect of these miRNAs.Methods:Between June and August 2015, in the Department of rehabilitation, Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture paste deposited outpatient asthma patients, according to whether allergic rhinitis, divided into the simple asthma group, complicated with allergic rhinitis group, and healthy group. The Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture rehabilitation cough stop patch on three groups of acupoints of patients with sticking and asthma act and AQLQ score in 6 months after treatment. RT-PCR detected serum levels of miRNAs before and after treatment.Results:(1) Clinical efficacy:①compared with the second half of 2014,6 months after treatment, asthma combined allergic rhinitis group, asthma group the number decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); ②6 months after treatment, the scores of psychological quality of allergic rhinitis group and patients with asthma group was significantly higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05);③ after 6 months of treatment, simple asthma group and combined allergic rhinitis group of patients to response and treatment prior to stimulation compared, score increase trend, but the difference is not statistically significant (P> 0.05);④ with allergic rhinitis group of patients with skin reactions occur more numerous. (2)miRNAs Rsults:⑤ By RT-PCR method before treatment, compared with healthy controls, combined allergic rhinitis and asthma group miR-200a-3p, miR-95 and miR-34a-5p levels have significant differences, with statistical significance (p<0.05), serum levels of miR-200a-3p were significantly decreased (p<0.05), while miR-95 and miR-34a-5p were significantly increased (p<0.05), and serum miR-543, miR-605, miR-190a, miR-485-3p, miR-421, compared to the control group, there was no significant difference (p>0.05);②compared with asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis group,there were no significant differences between the group of serum miR-543, miR-200a-3p, miR-605, miR-190a, miR-485-3p, miR-95, miR-421 and miR-34a-5p levels was not statistically significant (p>0.05); ③ compared with that before treatment, there were no significant differences between the group with simple asthma and complicated with allergic rhinitis group serum miR-543, miR-200a-3p, miR-605, miR-190a, miR-485-3p, miR-95, miR-421 and miR-34a-5p levels was not statistically significant (p>0.05), but the miR-200a-3p level has the trend of elevation, miR-95 and miR-34a-5p level has a downward trend.Conclusion:(1) Acupoint application in the treatment of remission phase of asthma, the life quality of asthma patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly improved,especially the long-term curative effect. (2) miR-200a-3p, miR-95 and miR-34a-5p have a certain correlation with the occurrence and development of asthma;Acupoint application for miRNAs levels in the short term no significant change. There is a change of trend.
