Case Report Of Severe Myocarditis In A Child

ObjectiveMost of the severe myocarditis is caused by virus infection,which leads to myocardial severe inflammatory lesions.lt usually manifests as a cardiac shock, arrhythmia and congestive heart failure.Some patients may suffer from low blood pressure and pericarditis. Severe myocarditis as one of the most serious diseases in cardiology,progresses rapidly, which may often lead to myocardial cell damage, degeneration and necrosis in a short period of time. With timely diagnosis and proper treatment,patient may have a good chance of recovery.However those who are delayed, can cause cardiomyopathy. The onset of this disease is severe and rapid,with high mortality and poor prognosis. Therefore, to improve the life quality of severe myocarditis patients and reduce the mortality rates become the main target of the clinical treatment of severe myocarditis. This paper aims to enhance our knowledge of the treatment strategies of severe myocarditis comprehensively through a case of the treatment of one child with severe myocarditis.
