ObjectiveThe tongue coating is an important part of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine. Microbiology research results suggest that there has certain regularity between bacterial changes in tongue coating. Research of bacterials in tongue coating will help the doctor to diagonise and treat coronary heart disease according to "Heart opens into the tongue"MethodsThe research objects are patients with coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome),. Objective index include syndromes informatics、 coronaryangiography results、electrocardiogram、ultrasonic cardiogram and tongue microbial. The relationshipbetween the tongue coating microbial and coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) will be analysised.Results1、There are 60 cases conformed to coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) and their tongue coating samples are qualified. There are 19 cases in the acute myocardial infarction group; There are 41 cases in the angina pectoris group; There are 19 cases in the healthy group. By the statistical analysis, the sex ratio constitutions are comparable between the coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) group, the acute myocardial infarction group, the angina pectoris group and healthy group; The age contrast of the coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) group and healthy group、acute myocardial infarction group and angina pectoris group are not comparable.2、The DNA extraction of tongue coating in qualified cases and healthy people are qualified, according to that the results of the sample 0D value fluctuate inl.8-2.0 or close to 2.0.3, According to the result of species accumulation curve, the sampling quantity is sufficient, because the number of each group close to or more than 20. The rarefaction curve of observed species index、chao index、ace index have been flattened out or reached a plateau, they show that each sample has been basically covered all species, namely sequencing enough.4, By metastat analysis, there are corresponding differenced species in corresponding level of Phylunm、Class、Order、Family、Genus、Species between the coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) group and healthy group、the acute myocardial infarction group and theangina pectoris group.ConclusionBy metastat analysis, there are corresponding differenced species in corresponding level of Phylum、Class、Order、Family、Genus、Species between the coronary heart disease (phlegm turbidity syndrome) group and healthy group、the acute myocardial infarction group and theangina pectoris group. So, Research of bacterials in tongue coating will help the doctor to diagonise and treat coronary heart disease according to "Heart opens into the tongue".
