The Influence Of Xinyin Pian On The T(Peak)-T(End) Interval And Function Of Heart In Patients Of CHF

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Xinyin Pian on CHF patients of Qi deficiency、 blood and water stasis through examing the T (peak)-T (end) interval, T(peak)-T(end) interval dispersion of 12-leads body electrocardiogram and the efficicency of standard TCM Syndrome, cardiac function criteria of efficacy, Lee’s integration criteria of efficacy and the Minnesota heart failure quality of life Rating scale in CHF patients.Methods40 CHF patients were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine during March 2015-March 2016, patients selection must be consistent with CHF Western diagnostic criteria and symptoms consistent with the diagnostic criteria of TCM, Chinese medicine is dialectical Qi deficiency with blood and stasis,40 patients as subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and controled group,20 patients in the controled group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment, the experimental group were given Xinyin Pian 3,3 times a day oral treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine, A month for a course. The change is detected before and after treatment of Tp-e interval and its dispersion, Comparative Clinical criteria cardiac function, TCM symptoms efficacy standards, HF Lee’s integration and efficacy criteria and the Minnesota heart failure quality of life Rating scale, and changes in the security index detection.ResultsAfter treatment, the Tp-e interval, Tp-e interval dispersion of two group shorter than before significantly (P<0.01); and the cardiac function criteria of efficacy, TCM symptoms efficacy of standard heart failure, heart failure, Lee’s integration efficacy criteria and Sunil informed living standards of treatment score improved significantly (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant after treatment of Xinyin Pian criteria of efficacy of cardiac function, HF TCM symptoms efficacy standards than the controled group improved significantly (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant in both groups, there were no significant differences on Sunil life and HF Lee’s integration efficacy criteria Rating after treatment among two group(P> 0.05), no statistically significant, there was no no significant adverse reaction of Xinyin Pian in CHF patients.Conclusion1. Xinyin Pian can shorten electrocardiogram Tp-e interval and its dispersion in patients with CHF, thereby reducing ventricular transmural dispersion of repolarization, reducing the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with CHF risk, possibly by inhibiting the activation of the neuroendocrine system, ventricular remodeling, an electrical mechanical feedback play a role.2. Xinyin Pian can improve heart function in patients with CHF grading standards, TCM symptoms efficacy standards, Xinyin Pian is a proprietary treatment of CHF effective medicine.
