Objective:To compare sirolimus-eluting stent(SES) and the everolimus eluting stent(EES) for the treatment of non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)efficacy and safety of patients. Methods:Continuous selected 400 cases from September 2013 in Ji Ning Medical Hospital diagnosed with NSTE-ACS(400 patients were divided into two groups according to stent implantation, SES group of 220 cases, EES group 180 cases) were followed up 1.5 year prospective analysis, compare to two groups of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) rate. In each case the object of study for GRACE score risk stratification, compared the two groups the incidence of MACE difference further analysis.calculated using Kaplan-Meier method of event-free survival curve, with the Long-rank test analysis, analysis of differences between two groups were compared after MACE rates of 1.5 years. Draw subject GRACE operating characteristic curve(ROC), and calculate the area under the curve(AUC). Verify that the incidence of patients with GRACE score of 1.5 points year-end event predictive value.Results:355 cases of patients with complete follow-up rate was 89%,follow-up time(12.7 ± 5.3) months; SES group 1.5 years end point event rate16.1%, EES group of 18.0%, P>0.05, 1.5 years there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups, further risk stratification analysis according to GRACE score: two high-risk group the incidence ofMACE( SES48.0%vs EES13.3%,P<0.05), significant difference between the two groups, medium and low risk group P>0.05, no significant difference.GRACE score ROC curve analysis results: AUC=0.761,95%CI(0.696~0.826),P<0.001.Conclusions:the GRACE score layers of high-risk nste-acs patients into EES more benefit than in SES.GRACE score of NSTE-ACS cases postoperative incidence of MACE has a good predictive value.
