Observation On Curative Effect Of Preoperative Local Swelling And Cupping Treatment Of Closed Fracture Of Calcaneus Committee

Choose from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital Emergency orthopedic clinic and inpatient department of Orthopaedics; meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in 60 cases closed calcaneal fracture patients, with a randomized method the patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each. The treatment group with static drop 20% mannitol 125ml once a day to be Weizhong needling and cupping 10 minutes once a day, while the control group with 20% mannitol 125ml once a day. Daily treatment 1 times,5 times for a course of treatment, a total of 1 courses of treatment. After the end of treatment were observed the affected foot first skin folds, the first skin fold measurements of calcaneus joint-around the ankle diameter, and calculate the circumference difference before and after the ratio. And uses the SPSS21.0 software package to carry on the statistical analysis to the data.ResultsClinical effect:after the end of treatment, the treatment group to the control group of patients treatment of the affected side and the normal side perimeter difference, pain score respectively before and after treatment compared to the difference was statistically significant, the differences between the two groups no significant, the treatment group improved rate was 76.67%. The control group improved rate was 25%, the difference was statistically significant, striae appear average time of the treatment group compared with the control group,2 days in advance, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Weizhong needling and cupping combined with mannitol therapy in the treatment of acute closed calcaneal fractures preoperative swelling can accelerate swelling, relieve pain, but when he reached the finish symptoms subsided no significant advantage.
