The Clinical Study Of Progress On The Treatment Of Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective: To explore the latest developments of diagnosis and treatment of Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer both at home and abroad, to clarify the effectiveness of surgical treatment in The Treatment of Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer. And provide a reference for exploring suitable individualized treatment mode and standardized clinical treatment.Method: Do some further comprehensive research with the summary of practical clinical application experience and related literature about locally advanced esophageal cancer from CNKI, VIP database and Pubmed database.Results: Predominantly surgical comprehensive treatment mode can improve the survival rate of patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.Conclusion: Surgical comprehensive treatment pattern in locally advanced esophageal cancer therapy showed its effectiveness, but because of the differences of each patients’ basic situation and disease states,the effectiveness differs.So further study about how to make the benefit to patients with individualized programs on the basis of each patient’s condition is still needed.
