| Objective:The use of electro-spoon-needle stimulate Jing points that exist in three yin meridians of hand and three yang meridians of hand, excite the propagated sensation along meridians to treat insomnia, the researchers controlled the sensation positive rate of three yin meridians of hand and three yang meridians of hand, thereby enhancing the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture, rich insomnia treatment, the use of laser speckle imaging technology to research meridian parts of the skin microcirculation perfusion changes.Methods:66 cases of insomnia patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. According to the random grouping method, the two groups were divided into Yin jing group and Yang jing group., Yin by group(33 cases), Yang by group(33 cases), due to different reasons,depigmentation, excluding cases in 8 cases, 58 cases completed the throughout the course of the study. Therefore, 30 cases of Yin jing group and 28 cases in Yang jing group were observed. Yin Jing group selected by the right hand side of the Yin Jing points, both from SHAOSHANG points to stimulate the propagated sensation replac the article 1every day,and poins in turn are SHAOSHANG→ZHONGCHONG→SHAOCHONG. Yang Jing group are similar with the Yin jing group, both from SHANGYANG poins to stimulate a sense of mass, followed by SHANGYANG→GUANCHONG→SHAOZE. Ask the patients to keep quiet, remain recumbent, and the laboratory temperature keep at 24-26 ℃, also relative humidity between(40~50%), air convection is relatively flat that can avoid direct sunlight.Subjects are required to quiet rest for 10-15 min before the experiment,and before stimulation propagated sensation using laser speckle instrument(model: moor FLPI-2,SN088 British moor Instrument Co., Ltd.) was used to detect the measured meridian observation points(that is, the measured meridian wrist, elbow and shoulder joint above the corresponding points or points) and detect the non-acupoint skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume and do a detailed record. Electric acupuncture measured from the beginning of the right side of the Jing points to stimulate a sense of well pass, so this feeling conduction along the arm upwards to appropriate gas to the disease, the treatment of a total of 30 minutes.Before using laser speckle detected again measured the meridian observation point and non-acupoint skin microcirculation perfusion after being passed and recorded, and the sense of mass groups Meridian positive occurrence rate were observed.Every 30 minutes,daily replacement of one, Monday to Saturday treatment, rest on Sunday, Every 30 minutes,a day after the replacement, the treatment of Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays, 3weeks for a course of treatment; we observe meridian at and around non-perfusion through the microcirculation of the skin change. Comparison of the three yin meridians of the hand and three yang meridians of the hand by transfer positive rate. Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) was observed in the indicators to assess its efficacy.Results:1,After treatment, the patients in the two groups of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency,sleep time, sleep disorders, daytime function and total score of PSQI were decline after compared with those treatment decreased, and compared with before treatment, there has significant difference(P<0.01),and the anionic groups of sleep efficiency, sleep disorders,daytime function and total score of PSQI improvement was significantly better than that of the male group, between the two groups compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).2, The total efficiency of group yin meridian was 90%, the total efficiency of group yang meridian was 85.7%, the difference between the two groups no significant(P>0.05),the markedly rate of group yin meridian is 76.7%, the rate of group yang meridian is 46.4%,comparison of the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).3, Before exciting the propagated sensation along meridians, three yin meridians of hand and three yang meridians of hand meridian points compared with control point, Skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume had no significant difference(P>0.05). After exciting the propagated sensation along meridians, the three yin meridians of hand and three yang meridians of hand compared with sense of contrast former, the skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume has obvious difference(P<0.01), the three yin meridians of hand,three yang meridians of hand by gripe and transmission compared to the previous, the skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume without significant changes(P>0.05)4, The sensation positive rate of three yin meridians of hand was 93.7%, and the sensation positive rate of three yang meridians of hand was 83.3%, the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1,Electro-spoon-needle propagated sensation along meridians can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia.2, Using laser speckle blood flow imaging instrument can detect the changes of skin microcirculation blood flow in different parts of meridian.3,In this clinical study, the sensation positive rate of three yin meridians of hand is higher than three yang meridians of hand, the higher the positive rate, the more obvious clinical curative effect. |
