Clinical Study Of Scalp And Body Acupuncture On Treatmenting Non Dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment Of Deficency In Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical therapeutic effect and mechanisms of scalp and body acupuncture on non dementia vascular cognitive impairment of deficency in spleen and kidney.Provide a clinical basis of scalp and body acupuncture on non dementia vascular cognitive impairment.Method:64 patients met the inclusion criteria of VCIND were selected from the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion in Chinese Medicine Academy of Heilongjiang province college.Both of them were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group and a control group,32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by the method of scalp and body acupuncture.The following points such as Xinhui through Shenting,Baihui through Qianshencong,Hanyan through Xuanli(bilateral),Shuaigu through Qubin(bilateral) and Pishu,Shenshu,Zhishi,Taixi,Xuanzhong, Neiguan,Shenmen, Zusanli,Sanyinjiao(bilateral) were selected.The control group was treated by nimodipine drugs,20 mg each time, 3times a day.Each group was persisted for 8 weeks.The changes of Mo CA,P-300,FAQ and TCM syndrome integral scale of Spleen and kidney deficiency type were observed after a course of treatment and the end of treatment.All the datas were analyzed by the Statistical software SPSS 18.0,If P<0.05,it proved the datas we get were statistically significant.Result:(1)The total effective rate was 87.10% in observation group and the control group was 73.33%.Compared with the total effective rate,the observation group was significantly higher,suggesting that the scalp and body acupuncture is an effective methods for treatmenting VCIND of deficency in spleen and kidney.(2)Compared with before treatment,Mo CA pionts,P-300 latency and wave amplitude points changed significantly after treatment(P<0.05),show that the scalp and body acupuncture could obviously improve the cognitive function.(3)Compared with before treatment,FAQ points changed significantly after treatment(P<0.05),show that the scalp and body acupuncture could obviously improve the quality of life.(4)Compared with before treatment,the syndromes of TCM points changed significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scalp and body acupuncture have a good curative effect in treatmenting VCIND of deficency in spleen and kidney,it can improve the cognitive function of the patients,the quality of their lives and Chinese medicine syndromes;The scalp and body acupuncture is an effective method in treatmenting VCIND of deficency in spleen and kidney,and it has the advantages of simple operation,obvious curative effect,economical and fewer side effects,so it is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
