Effect Of Changmaile Capsule On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Serum Hcy,D-D And ABI,TCM Syndrome Integral

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Changmaile Capsule who belong to Syndrome of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis LEAD by observing the effect of Changmaile Capsule on the expression of serum Hcy, D-D,ABI and Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese Medicine in patients.Methods:70 patients belong to Syndrome of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis LEAD were divided into two groups randomly,one was the control group including 35 patients,the other was the treatment group also including 35 patients.Patients complicated with hypertension,diabates and hyperlipidenmia were given anti-hypertension, hypoglycenmic and lowing-bloodlipid treatment.The control group take Aspirin orally per day and atorvastain orally per night.On the basis of the western medicine treatment,the treatment group plus the Changmeile Capsule which take three times a day and four capsules every time with lukewarm boiled water.The two groups both positively controled their original diseases.The course of treatment is both 42 days.During the treatment,the patients don’t allowed to take other Chinese medicine.Observing the changes of serum Hcy,D-D,ABI, Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese Medicine between before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment, the therapeutic effect of treatment group Symptomatic efficacy of TCM is better than the control group(P<0.05).2. After treatment, patients’serum Hcy decrease more in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment, the serum D-D are both decreased in the two groups(P<0.05); and the treatment group is decreased more(P<0.05).4. After the treatment, the ABI are both increased in the two groups(P<0.05),while they don’t have difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Changmaile Capsule can improve the Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome type LEAD.2.Changmaile Capsule can decrease older patients’serum Hcy,D-D with LEAD.
