Objective:To analyze the Feasibility study of Burns denatured dermal matrix deep II degree burn wounds.Methods:Rats deep II burn the skin was made, denatured dermal matrix is prepared separately in scald 1d,3d,7d, acellular dermal matrix were prepared the same way at the same time was prepared as a control group, the rats were implanted back dermal matrix degeneration and off ADM, was carried out at different times after the implantation of Microbiology and biomechanical testing, inflammatory immune response, tissue compatibility, etc. were observed by HE staining, flow cytometry techniques.Results:DDM freshly prepared milky, white porcelain showing ADM, ADM better elasticity and toughness. Light microscope, DDM and ADM were unable to observe cells, epithelial structure, blood vessels and other parts of the larger DDM collagen fibers fractured, sloppy excretion disorder. After 3d, rat normal activity, swelling in the surgery area a slight edge flap normal color, surface exudate does not appear, after 2 weeks, surgical wound healed well, no inflammatory exudation, flaps normal color, there are hair grow, two weeks after everything is normal, no abnormal performance.The groups were able to see an alternative to fiber cell invasion, a small amount of visible connection proliferation of new capillaries tiny bud.DDM different times the tensile strength, elongation at break was no significant difference (P> 0.05). ADM mechanical properties testing higher than the study group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). After 3d, rat normal, surgical suture becomes Ayun visible swelling, dermal matrix implant consignment no change, flap shows a small amount of exudate. One week after, no effusion, after two weeks, the color gradually turn pink, showing mild inflammation, the same point in time, cytokines indicators study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), study comparison of the group group, DDM-1, DDM-7 cytokine levels was not significantly different (P> 0.05). DDM3 group of cytokines index was significantly higher than other groups significantly (P<0.05). After surgery, patients with CD4/CD8 ratios continue to rise, reached a peak in 2w, where DDM-3 group, CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Burn denatured dermal matrix with high tissue compatibility in the dermal scaffold can exist for a long time.2. Burns denatured dermal matrix wide variety of sources, has good biocompatibility.3. Repair deep II degree burn wounds feasible, there is a certain chemokines role.
