Objective Explore the etiology of spontaneity and fundus-obscuring vitreous hemorrhage, effect of operation, provide reference for clinical prevention and surgery. Methods Retrospectively from Decemcer 2013 to December 2015,98 cases of patients with a lot of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage have received surgical treatment. To observe and analys the final cause and recovery of vision after the operation.RESULTS 1. Postoperative diagnosis:in 98 eyes, proliferation diabetic retinopathy 43 eyes, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment 30 eyes, Eales disease 8 eyes, acute retinal necrosis syndrome lcase, cenretinal vein occlusion 8 cases, age-related macular degene 3 eyes, pure vitreous hemorrhage 5 eyes.2. Eales disease occurs in young and middle-aged patients, mean age was 32.8 years. Age - related macular degene occurs in older patients, mean age was 70.33 years. PDR often occurs in old patients, mean age was 56.17 years.3.Vitreous hemorrhage is susceptible to men 4.Visual acuity after treatment was compared with that before treatment, visual acuity, unchanged 35 eyes (35.71%), improved 63 eyes (64.29%). Then, visual acuity after 3 months compared with before operation, visual acuity, unchanged 23 eyes (23.47%), improved 75 eyes (76.53%). Vision rehabilitation and the causes have great relationships. Conclusions Proliferation diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment,Eales diseases and central retinal vein occlusionare are the main causes of vitreous hemorrhage. B-scan is an effective tool for diagnosing non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Vitrectomy surgery can improve visual acuity to some extent. Vitreomy surgery is a safe and effective treatment method. |
