Clinical Observation Of Superficial Acupunctur Combined With Acupuncture Treatment On Peripheral Facial Paralysis By Infrared Thermography

Objective:This research adopts non-invasive infrared image as an objective indicator and House-brackmann (H-B) facial nerve function evaluation system as an index table. Combined with superficial acupuncture and acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis Clinical observation and common acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis clinical research to provide safer and more effective treatment and a more objective evaluation of clinical efficacy in clinical studies of facial paralysis.Method:This topic adopts randomized controlled study, who met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, then evaluated the curative effect. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with superficial acupuncture treatment, acupuncture treatment alone group.1 day after treatment, continuous treatment for 6 times one day of rest, and then continue treatment six days and rest one day for a course of treatment, after treatment using the House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve function evaluation system for classification tables and infrared thermal imaging figure compares two groups.Results:1.After treatment, the House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve function evaluation system before the situation is more hierarchical and efficacy of the treatment were improved (P<0.05), the treatment effect:the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05).2.Treatment group and control group compared with the temperature difference between the front section has been reduced after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Compare with the temperature difference of the two groups after treatment, no significant difference in the clinical curative effect between two groups, the difference is not statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Through statistical analysis, the two groups have a significant effect, but superficial acupuncture combined with acupuncture superficial acupuncture is safer and easier accepted to patients. Therefore, this therapy is worthy to clinical popularization.2.Through this project observed, the facial circulatory function is improved after treatment, and the temperature difference is reduced on the healthy and ipsilateral facial, so infrared thermography can be used as a reference index clinical diagnosis and treatment on this disease.
