| Many pharmacological studies show that:the inhibitory activity of metal complexes affects the clinical efficacy of drug by cooperation.In the other hand,quinolone drugs possess numerous potential coordination sites in the structure,which provides the possibility for its coordination complex.Furthe rmore,the coordination polymers have potentialapplica-tion in medicine and pharmacy,functional materials.Therefore,much attention have been paid to the synthesis and properties of quinolone metal complexes.Objective:Composing Enoxacin and Sarafloxacin metal complex and characterizing the crystal structures of these compounds is to study synthetic conditions and rules for these new compounds,analyze topological configuration,invest intermolecular forces,study the ligand in geometric modeling and the influence of the assistance ligand on coordination complexes.The aim of these research is to provide mirror for synthezing other quinolones coordination,to lay theoretical basis for further studying the influence of metal ion on medicine activity,to provide scientific foundations for developing the new cheap quinolone drugs and guiding clinical medication.Methods:To get metal coordination complexes with hydrothermal synthesis,Enoxacin and Sarafloxacin is the main ligand,the metal is coordination reaction centers,The crystal structure of the coordination complexes has been determined using monocrystal X-ray diffraction,and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.Results:4 metal coordination complexes have been synthesized respectively:Zn(â…¡)andCu(â…¡)coordination complexes with enoxacin; Cd(â…¡)coordination complexes with enoxacin and 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid;Mn(â…¡)coordination complexes with sarafloxacin and 1,4-benzenedi-carboxylic acid.Conclusions:This paper reports the four metal coordination compounds of quinolones and their crystal structures.Zn(â…¡)andCu(â…¡)coordination complexes with enoxacin are ionic compounds;The enoxacin-2,5-thiophenedicarboxylicacid-Cd(â…¡)complexes is three mixed coordination; The Sarafloxacin-1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid-Mn(â…¡)complexes is three mixed coordination and exists two-dimensional port-hole in the structure.Our study provides the scientific basis for the function mechanism of the medicine and the research of new medicines. |
