Aim to further explore nourishing qi and blood and prescription of Yunnan Chinese medicine and the role of COPD airway remodeling pathological changes in different periods after the intervention. To clarify its mechanism, and to provide some experimental basis and theoretical basis for nourishing qi and blood and the prevention and treatment of COPD airway remodeling, and to better guide clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:1. GroupingNormal control group, model group, Chinese medicine intervention group (nourishing qi and blood, invigorate the circulation of high, medium and low dose group, nourishing qi and invigorating the circulation of medicine group of high, medium and low dose group, nourishing qi and blood high, middle, low dose group), each has a group at 0,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks paragraphs. The change of various indexes after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.2.1 The change of MMP-9 after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.0 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).12 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, but YQYXHXG, YQYXG two groups compared with model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2.2 The change of TIMP-1 after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.0 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 4 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, but YQHXG group compared with model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and the rest of the group compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.3 The change of MMP-9/TIMP-1 after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.0 weeks period, period of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks period of the Chinese medicine intervention group compared with model group, Chinese medicine intervention group of MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio with the decreased dose of Chinese medicine, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.4 The change of TGF-betal after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.8 weeks,12 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 0 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, but YQYXHXG, YQYXHXZ, YQYXG, YQYXZ, YQHXG five group compared with model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and the rest of the group compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 4 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, but YQYXHXG, YQYXHXZ, YQYXG, YQHXG four groups compared with model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and the rest of the group compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.5 The change of VEGF after traditional Chinese medicine intervention in COPD rats.0 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 4 weeks period of Chinese medicine intervention group is higher than the model group, but YQYXHXG group compared with model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and the rest of the group compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:1. Nourishing qi and blood, invigorating the circulation of medicine group, nourishing qi and blood group, nourishing qi and invigorating the circulation of medicine group can adjust the imbalance of MMP-9/TIMP-1, reduce the COPD airway remodeling in rat lung tissue homogenate TGF-betal, abnormal expression of VEGF, slow the development of COPD airway remodeling lesions.2. Nourishing qi and blood and the low dose of different group of prescription of Yunnan Chinese medicine of interference from the rat COPD model effect is more apparent, prompt that clinical equivalent dose can effectively relieve the pathological changes of COPD airway remodeling process; Through intervention of four periods for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) after the intervention of COPD rats model, the indicators did not find the intervention effect of Chinese traditional medicine is an obvious difference in four periods.3.
