| Objective:to 1979, Australia’s Barry Marshall and Robin Warren found that a Campylobacter indeterminacy is an important cause of chronic gastritis. It has been demonstrated that HP is a major cause of chronic atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and gastric mucosa associated lymphoid lymphoma. Also found that HP infection is also associated with iron deficiency anemia, bone joint disease, respiratory system disease, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases. At present, method for the detection of HP including tissue culture, staining, bacterial smear staining, rapid urease test, urea breath test, blood or fecal antibody determination. In addition to the urea breath test and antibody determination, other methods are required from gastroscope, as a routine physical inconvenience. The main problem is that the diagnosis accuracy and reliability aspects of antibody detection. In this paper, the results of ELISA blood HP antibody and 13C breath test and urease test results comparison, to investigate whether the ELISA method can replace the 13C breath test and urease test. Methods:in 2013 January to 2013 December, in our hospital for detection of ELISA antibody positive patients were 100, the male 65 cases, female 35 cases, age 30-72 years old, average 56 years old. Were randomly divided into experimental group 1 of 50 cases,50 cases of experimental group 2. Inclusion criteria:ELISA antibody positive persons. Exclusion criteria:(1) a serious heart and lung diseases, such as severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, asthma, acute respiratory failure patients not lying; (2) suspected of shock, gastrointestinal perforation and other critically ill patients; (3) psychosis uncooperative mental patients. (4) in patients with acute inflammation in oral and pharynx. (5) for esophageal, gastric inflammation in patients with acute corrosion. (6) significant aortic aneurysm, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage patients. (7) infectious disease patients. (8) the poor compliance, refused to cooperate with the detection of patients.13C breath test will be collected for 0 minutes,30 minutes of air bag, were detected in HG-IR1913c IR detection. Positive values greater than or equal to 4±0.4, can determine the examination were positive for HP. Rapid urease test. Gastric antral biopsy specimens are placed on the reagent strip after 30 minutes to observe color changes, such as the reagent color from brown to red or purple red is positive. If the constant is negative.Results:1. Two groups of patients are the HP antibody positive patients, the experiment 1 and experiment 2 group positive number 42 people,41 people, respectively in the two groups were positive rate were 84%,82%, positive rate of the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 2. Based on antibody positive contrast, antibody testing is positive, and 13 c or rapid urease test negative as false positives, groups of false positive rate is respectively 16%,18%, false positive rate of the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 3. Male and female HP detection rate were 86.2% and 77.1% respectively, the HP infection rate there was no significant difference is compared between sex (P> 0.05); 4.100 cases of 30-72 years old patients,30 to 40 patients with HP infection rate was 83.3%, the infection rate was 86.7%, and 40-50 50 to 60 years old infection rate was 83.3%,60-72-year-old infection rate was 85.7%. HP infection rate is compared between age, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 5. Three detection methods of test results and the comparison of HP infection, ELISA antibody testing negative number is 0 and the 13 c breath test negative number is 8, compared the two, statistics show that there are significant differences (P< 0.05). The ELISA antibody testing negative number is 0, rapid urease test negative number is 9, both, compared to statistics show that there are significant differences (P< 0.05);Conclusion:But the above method is more difficult, we choose the commonly used three methods are compared, we will report the results of the analysis are as follows:enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method to detect HP HP antibody detection as one, has many characteristics, such as painless, rapid, sensitive, have been many hospitals as a medical project, but due to the limitations of its own, its higher rate of false positives and to avoid to cause confusion among the clinical diagnosis and treatment, is not advocated to HP antibody as a routine examination project. The 13 c breath test has a painless, noninvasive, high detection rate of positive, simple detection method, more suitable for wide application in the clinical. Although urea enzyme test positive rate is high, but it is a kind of have a check, so can not be widely used in medical, but for gastroscope inspection must be conducted to the patient, and urease test can reduce the cost in bacteriology examination was conducted for conditional hospital can at the same time, better able to provide the basis for clinical treatment. |
