With the development of society and and the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s concerning on their own health status is increasing. Due to the population problem and sub health problems, people have changed their demand on health care, and they are expecting high standard of health care service, people’s concentration has moved from hospital first to prevention first. With the development of cloud medical technology, cloud computing, IoT, Mobile Internet, sensor technology and big data technology, a collaborative platform for remote medical service, health education, health intervention and online diagnosis can be established. Combining cloud medical technology with wearable sensor technology, we can monitor people’s physiological health situation in real-time as well as store all these records in cloud for long term analysis. This will enable us to detect the abnormality in time and then to prevent the disease from progressing.Respiration is an important physiological process of human body and physiology parameter of respiratory is an important indicator for people to understand their own health status. It’s an important part of modern medical monitoring technology to monitoring respiratory. In this paper, a wearable respiratory signal detection system is designed based on the combination of Android smart phone and wearable sensor technology. This system includes the physiological data acquisition module to acquire respiratory signal and an Android APP to display the records. In addition, this system also connects to a cloud platform which is used to store all the data that can be analyzed later on.Grating sensor of respiratory physiological signal data acquisition module based on by grating photoelectric sensor for respiratory signal acquisition. The acquisition module that based on the respiratory sensor volume trace technique principle, a wearable embedded grating bar can be elastic binding belt system in user with abdomen, due to the volume changed of human breathing, with consequent changes in the elastic straps in grating displacement, by grating sensor on the changes of the grating displacement accuracy test, so as to realize the detection of the breathing process. Through the respiratory physiological signal data acquisition module of Bluetooth module and Android mobile phone Bluetooth, Based on Bluetooth wireless communication control transmission technology, realize respiratory rate data transmission of the respiratory signal acquisition terminal to mobile terminal.The app is based on the Android system design of respiratory monitoring data health management system. It is to achieve the long-term preservation of personal respiratory frequency data, display and historical inquiry. Combined with cloud medical technology, the user’s personal information, respiratory signal physiological data will be uploaded to the cloud health information platform, and thus can achieve remote medical care and personal health problem prevention.
