Background and Objective Anisometropia is one of the causes of dysfunction of stereoscopic. Many studies hadshown that patients with anisometropia could restore stereo visual function after excimer laser surgery and reach the normal level with traditonal stereoscopic view spectrum.Considering their respective advantages and disadvantages, the results of the stereoscopic view spectrum remains open to question. Therefore, the aim is to investigate the correlation between degree of anisometropia.Whether there exist some rule of recovery after corneal refractive surgery and whether there exist difference in sensory eye balance in surgiaclly corrected anisometropia with normal stereopsis and normal adults. Methods This is a clinical trials study.59 ccases of anisometropia aged from 9 to 43 years old were collected from hospital data during 2014.10 to 2015.8,and were divided into group of hyperopia(10 cases) and group of myopia(49 cases) on the basis of having hyperopia or not,and were divided into group of weaing glasses(33 cases) and group without glasses(26 cases) on the basis of wearing glasses ordinarily or not.Stersoacuity was measured by the Titmus stereotests,Randot stereotest and Frisby stereotest with patients wearing glasses. There were 17 anisometropias accepting excimer laser surgery with follow-up after 10 days, 1 month, 3 months.16 patients with revoering normal stereopsis were selected as anisometropia group and 20 normal adults as control group, and all of them were tested by the balance piont. The aim is analyzing whether there is any association between the degree of anisometropia and stereoacuity, and whether there is a statistically significant difference between the block. With the purpose of whether there exist some rule of recovery after corneal refractive surgery and whether there exist difference in sensory eye balance in surgiaclly corrected anisometropia with normal stereopsis and normal adults.Results(1)The difference was statistically significant between anisometropia group and control group(t=2.139,P=0.000).(2)Correlation analysis of anisometropia and stereoacuity show taht there was a significantly correlation between them(P < 0.05).There were satisticalsignificant between the differences of the effects on stereocuity by heperopic anisometropia and myopic anisometropia(F=3.250, P=0.029, P< 0.05).Hyperopic anisometropia has a greater impact on stereoacuity than myopic anisometropia(F=11.586, P=0.001, P<0.05).And there wan no statistical significance between the effects on stereoacuity by patients wearing glasses ordinarily or not(F=1.223,P=0.310,P>0.05).(3)Results at 10 days postoperatively, the visual acuity remained the same or exceeded the best spectacle-corrected visual acuity, over 0.8.Stereopsis tested by Titmus had improved significantly after one month(χ2=10.301,P=0.016).Stereopsis tested by RDS had improved significantly after one month(χ2=18.109,P=0.006).(4)The difference was statistically significant between anisometropia group and control group(t=2.139,P=0.000).Conclusion(1)Sensory eye balance in anisometropia is worse than normal audlts.(2)A correlation exists between the degree of anisometropia and stereoacuity, and stereopsis deteriorates as anisometropia increases.Hyperopic anisometropia has a greater damage on stereoacuity tahn myopic anisometropia.(3)One month after excimer laser surgery is the sensitive period to recover stereopsis, and then to flatten.(4)Sensory eye balance in surgically corrected anisometropia with normal stereopsis is worse than normal audlts. |
