Clinical Research Of Bu Pi Treatment Of FD In Treating The Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective:This study is to investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of Bu pi treatment of FD in treating the yang deficiency of Spleen and Stomach.Methods:80 cases collected according to clinical inclusion criteria of Funct-ional dyspepsia with yang deficiency of Spleen and Stomach were randomly divided into two groups including 40 cases in the treatmentgroup and 40 cases in the controlgroup.The treatment group were treated with oral Bu pi decoctio-n,the controlgroup was given oral Citrate moser will dispersible tablets,the time of one treatment course of both two groups was 2 weeks.After two courses of treatment,the patients in two groups were investigated about the differency of efficacy before and after the treatment,clinical symptoms,safty and longte-rm treatment efficacy.Results:In 80 cases,there were 77 cases finishing the complete 2 courses. The total effective rate of clinical therapygroup was 92.50%,while 75.68% in contr-olgroup.The comparison of effective rate in twogroups via statistical analys-is had significant defferences(P<0.05),which showed that the clinicaltherap-eutic effect was significantly improving in treatmentgroup when compared to the controlgroup. The TCM symptoms total score of treatmentgroup compared to the controlgroup before treatment via statistical analysis showed no signific-ant difference( P>0.05).The symptomatic scores of twogroups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01)than the scores before treatment,meanwhi-treatle the symptomatic scores were significantly improving in treatmentgrou-p when compared to the controlgroup(P<0.05).The comparison of clinical thera-peutic effects in postprandial fullness, belching and other clinical symptom-s showed no significant difference(P>0.05),while the clinical therapeutic effect in early satiety,upper abdominal pain,abdominal burning,eat less, loos-e stools, bowel symptoms such as vector gas effective and other symptoms was significantly improving in treatmentgroup when compared to the controlgroup(P<0.05).When compared the longterm curative effect,the recurrence ratein treatmentgroup was 7.14%,while the recurrence rate in controlgroup was 30.00%,which showed that the recurrence rate in twogroups had significant diff-erence(P<0.05)and suggested that the curative effect in treatmentgroup is better than that in controlgroup.During the medication process,twogroups had no obviously toxic and side effects,and both drugs were safe.Conclusion:According to the results of clinical trials, bu pi decoction showed decoction of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the Funct-ional dyspepsia in patients with clinical symptoms, clinical curative effect when compared to citrate moser will dispersible tablets.During the medication process,there was no obviously toxic and side effect and adverse effect under the treatment of bu pi decoction,and had low recurrence rate,for which reason, the indepth development of value are needed.
