Application Of The Contract Mode Of Medical Staff In Emergency Treatment Of The Batch Wounded

Objective : To probore the effective of the green-channel mode in the cure and nursing of the batch wounded person.Methods : Analysis mass casualty data that happend during 2009.8-2014.12 that the emergency department treatment reseved and treated the different scales in our hospital. During January 2012 to December 2014,the treatment of mass casualty applicated the contract mode was used to be the observation group, during August 2009 to December 2011 the application of the traditional treatment model as the control group, the cure rate,duration of staying in the emergency department and specialist from the statistics were analysised and comparised. Results: the retention time that the contract mode applicated to rescue the wounded in the emergency department was shortter than the traditional mode, the difference has statistical significance. The treatment contract treatment mode timely rate was better than the traditional model. The distribution pattern of contract system was obviously superior to the traditional mode, and to accelerate the diversion of the batch wounded. Conclusion: contract mode in mass casualty treatment greatly improved the success rate of treatment of the wounded,shortened the duration of staying in the emergency department,and ensured that medical resources can be used to maximize the maximum of the wounded, to ease the need to deal with the emergency volume of the wounded, the need to deal with the conflict, thereby reducing the possibility of emergency medical disputes.
