| Objective: Establish depression diagnosis criteria of Uyghur medical abnormal hilit type. Compare the Depression self-rating scale(SDS) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores among pretherapy and after treatment on depression patients to evaluate clinical curative effect of ASMq.Methods: Delphi method-6 Uyghur medical experts were separated into two groups and in accordance with free disease clinical diagnostic information(mental state, complexion, skin quality, eyes changes, skin temperature, drink desire and taste, stool, urine, tongue picture, pulse) do a quantitative diagnosis specialist counseling in Xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software was utilized to multiple regression analysis, collinearity diagnosis and principle component analysis, did a principle component analysis of multi-category logistic regression, establish contribution of each syndromes factors to the syndrome. According to OR value classify chief symptoms and subsequent symptoms of each abnormal hilit, to establish depression diagnosis criteria of Uyghur medical abnormal hilit type. By randomized controlled clinical study, with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD), depression self-rating scale(SDS) test score, Using SPSS17.0 repetitive measure analysis of variance method of data for statistical analysis.Results: This study indicates, for abnormal savda type Depression: chief symptoms are depressive emotion, rough skin, insomnia, spontaneous sweating; the second important symptoms are dry mouth, constipation, dark and gloomy complexion, greenish conjunctiva. For abnormal kan type Depression: chief symptoms are reddish complexion, reddish conjunctiva, thin and white tougue coating, delicate skin; The second important symptoms are hotter skin, threaty and strong pulse, nightmare, yellowish stool; for abnormal balgham type Depression: chief symptoms are reddish lips, reddish tougue coating, pale complexion, tasteless; The second important symptoms are sticky mouth, greasy, thick white tougue coating, more urine; for abnormal sapra type Depression: chief symptoms are easily annoyed and irritable, lack of bright eyes, yellowish conjunctiva, bitter taste, The second important symptoms are yellowish complexion, lack of sleep, greasy, thick yellow tougue coating, deep-coloured urine. In the study of clinical treatment trial we collected 167 patients, western medicine group(Fluoxetine) as control group has 5patients drop out in project implementation, actual completed 50 cases, in Traditional Uyghur medicine treatment group(ASMq) has 6patients drop out in project implementation, actual completed 50 cases, Fluoxetine and ASMq combined treatment group has 6 patients drop out in project implementation, actual completed 50 cases. Each treatment point score comparison between three groups(into the group, after treatment for 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 12 weeks, 15 weeks, 18 weeks, 21 weeks, 24 weeks total score of three groups)result shows: trend of three groups of data changes over time about the same, combination group than other simple treatment group is on the decline, indicates the effect of combined treatment group is better than that of pure fluoxetine or ASMq treatment group.Conclusion: Criteria of abnormal Hilit typing in Uyghur medicine have established based on free disease diagnosis related clinical information by a screening of quantitative diagnosis specialist counseling for depression. ASMq Uyghur medical treatment method for the treatment of depressive symptoms has a significant effect. Fluoxetine and ASMq combination therapy for the treatment of depressive symptoms have a significant role, the research conclusion prompts the combination therapy can improve the curative effect of depression. On the basis of the study can make diagnosis and treatment standard of depression of abnormal savda in Uyghur medicine. The study provides a new way of thinking to clarify ASMq molecular mechanism of the treatment of depression and potential target. |
