Objective: Parkinson’s disease and the control group in serum alpha-synuclein oligomers content, compare the two if there is a difference, and alpha-synuclein with relevance to the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease for preliminary analysis. Methods: Will collect whole blood specimens in serum separation tube, in the 4 ℃ placed at room temperature for 3000 r/min, the centrifugal 20 minutes, take serum repackaging in EP tube, using ELISA to detect the contents of serum alpha Syn oligomers. Results: Parkinson’s disease in serum of measure formed by significantly more than the control group in serum,(Sig = 0.000, t = 0.000), the Sig = 0.000, less than 0.01, shows that Parkinson’s patients serum with the control of alpha-synuclein oligomeric peptide content has a significant difference of average statistical significance, both with a significant difference. Conclusions: Alpha-synuclein formed in Parkinson’s disease a lot of alpha-synuclein oligomers. |
