Results: Parkinson’s disease in serum of measure formed by significantly more than the control group in serum,(Sig = 0.000, t = 0.000), the Sig = 0.000, less than 0.01, shows that Parkinson’s patients serum with the control of alpha-synuclein oligomeric peptide content has a significant difference of average statistical significance, both with a significant difference. Conclusions: Alpha-synuclein formed in Parkinson’s disease a lot of alpha-synuclein oligomers.
