The Comparison Of Different Hormone Replacement Therapy In Frozen Embryo Transfer

Objectives: To analysis three different hormone replacement cycle frozen embryo transplantation.Methods : A retrospective analysis of January 2015- September2015 in our department using hormone replacement frozen embryo transfer cycles clinical data 149 cases, all patients in the cycle were taking aspirin and prednisone, 42 patients on the basis of plus estradiol valerate(estradiol valerate group), 59 patients on this basis, plus 17β- estradiol(estradiol), 48 patients on this basis, plus estradiol valerate alcohol 17β- estradiol(combined group), analyze the impact of three different statistical hormone replacement cycle frozen embryo transfer of patients.Results: Progesterone levels of estradiol valerate patients was(0.76 ± 0.02) ng / ml, estradiol(735.64 ± 101.09)pg / ml, luteinizing hormone was(19.44 ± 3.23) mIu / m. 17β- estradiol progesterone,estradiol, luteinizing hormone were(0.71 ± 0.01) ng / ml,(2130.33 ± 102.33) pg / ml,(21.38 ± 3.41) mIu / ml. Combination group were(0.69 ± 0.01) ng / ml,(892.87 ± 98.38)pg / ml,(17.29 ± 3.02) mIu / ml. Wherein three groups of progesterone, the difference of luteinizing hormone was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Comparison of estradiol valerate and 17β- estradiol estradiol group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of the combined group and 17β- estradiol estradiol group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of estradiol valerate group and combination group estradiol group, the difference was not statistically significant(v>0.05). Estradiol valerate endometrial thickness of the patients(8.11 ± 1.09) mm,endometrial conversion time(17.02 ± 2.21) d, pregnancy rate was 34.43%. 17β- estradiol group were(8.72 ± 1.21) mm,(14.02 ± 2.02) d, 44.98%. Joint group(8.22 ± 1.14) mm,(16.08 ± 2.76) d, 39.01%. Compare wherein 17β- estradiol valerate and estradiol group three indicators, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of thecombined group and 17β- estradiol estradiol group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of estradiol valerate group and combination group estradiol group, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:17β- estradiol is estradiol with activity, people with the same estrogen itself, absorbed better, more flexible route of administration, compared with growth of endometrial estradiol valerate effect in reducing the amount of hormones at the same time can be shortened treatment time, and can also achieve a higher pregnancy rate, it can be widely used in frozen embryo transfer cycles.
