Clinical doctors as an important part of hospital internal human resources management, direct contact with patients, and is responsible for treatment and diagnosis and treatment of for high risk and uncertainty, make its work under pressure is much higher than other medical staff. Understand the clinical doctor’s work pressure, psychological capital and job satisfaction and job involvement condition, to explore the relationship between them, for easing the pressure of work, clinicians increase the degree of job involvement, is of great significance.This article reviews the clinical doctors working pressure, psychological capital, and the research status of job satisfaction and job involvement after put forward research hypothesis, selection of Nanning eight hospital clinical doctors as the research sample, adopts questionnaire method, using SPSS software to analyze data, demographic variables on job stress, job satisfaction and job involvement, psychological capital, the influence of psychological capital and job satisfaction in the mechanism of action between work stress and job involvement. The following finding is the Nanning clinical doctors working pressure, psychological capital and job involvement are at average levels, job satisfaction is in general level; work pressure and psychological capital, job satisfaction and job involvement is significantly negative correlation, conclusion is the psychological capital and job satisfaction in a partial intermediary role between work stress and job involvement. And clinical doctors should improve the external working environment, enhance the level of hospital management, and pay attention to clinical doctors own development three aspects obtains, alleviate the pressure of the clinical doctor’s work, relying on the psychological capital, and improve the job satisfaction, with greater enthusiasm into the medical and health undertakings, clinical doctors and improve the service quality, reduce the doctor-patient contradiction. |
