Objective :To investigate the rectal cancer patients who underwent anus preserving radical resection(Dixon operation) after the risk factors of anastomotic fistula, and provide effective basis for preventing the occurrence of anastomotic fistula after operation in patients with rectal cancer.Method:Collected from September 2013 to December 2015 in department of surgery in patients with rectal cancer cases, a total of 360 cases, were retrospectively analyzed. Operation after anastomosis fistula of risk factors, single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis, the number of according to using spss19.0 software for statistical analysis. Results:In the group for this study, a total of 24 cases of patients with postoperative anastomotic fistula and anastomotic fistula incidence rate was 6.7%. Single factor analysis results showed that Dixon postoperative anastomotic fistula incidence in age, diabetes, anemia, low albumin, intestinal obstruction, preoperative chemoradiotherapy, anastomosis from the anal distance, prevention of fistula and other factors of the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), while in gender, BMI, surgical approach(open or laparoscopic), anastomotic reinforcement, pathological staging, the inferior mesenteric artery ligation(high / low) and other factors were not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that diabetes, anemia, hypoproteinemia, preoperative chemoradiotherapy, anastomotic anus distance is less than or equal to 5cm is relatively independent of the risk factors of anastomotic leakage in patients with rectal cancer after Dixon.Conclusion:1, age, diabetes, anemia, hypoproteinemia, intestinal obstruction, preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, anastomotic distance from the anus, prevention of fistula and other factors is related risk factorsof anastomotic leakage in patients with rectal cancer after Dixon.2,Diabetes,anemia,hypoproteinemia,preoperative chemoradiotherapy, anastomotic anus distance is less than or equal to 5cm is relatively independent of the risk factors of anastomotic leakage in patients with rectal cancer after Dixon.3, Anastomotic leakage was related to various factors, according to the related risk factors, the indications for surgery in the grasp, preoperative preparation, intraoperative operation, a defunctioning stoma etc. take corresponding preventive measures, can effectively reduce the postoperative fistula incidence of anastomotic.
