| Objective:In the female genital tract malignancies, ovarian cancer because of the lack of early diagnosisã€high degree of malignancyã€rapid progressionã€poor prognosis,,ranks first in mortality. In primary ovarian cancer,epithelial ovarian cancer is the most common histological type(about60%-90%). In this paper, for Livin,FHIT expression and relationsh- ip in epithelial ovarian cancer, in order to provide the appropriate basis on epithelial ovarian cancer early diagnosis and treatment, to achieve new breakthroughs.Materials and methods:Samples were randomly selected from 2014- 2016 treatment in the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University, 100 patients hospitalized for surgery of ovarian tissue obtained for the study, specimens were pathologically confirmed, in which 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 20 cases of benign ovarian tissue, 10 cases of borderline ovarian tissue, 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Immunohistochemical SP method to detect Livin, FHIT expression in different types of ovarian tissue, and links between the two.The results:1.Livin protein in ovarian cancer group was higher in normal ovarian group, statistically significant between(P <0.01), borderline ovariantumor group and between groups of benign ovarian tumor group of ovarian cancer group differences, differences meaningless. Histopathological grading: well-differentiated group positive expression of differentiated positive expression group was significantly lower than the rate of positive expression in poorly differentiated group(P<0.05); clinical stage:I-II group of positive expression rate of group III-IV expression was no significant difference(P>0.05); no pelvic lymph node metastasis positive expression rate of pelvic lymph node metastasis positive expression of differences between groups meaningless(P>0.05).2. FHIT protein expression in normal ovarian tissue higher in epithelial ovarian cancer group were significantly reduced. In normal ovarian tissues, benign ovarian tumor group and between group differences in ovarian cancer was statistically significant(P<0.01), no significant difference between the group with borderline ovarian tumor group differences.Histopathological grading: well-differentiated group was significantly higher than the expression group differentiated positive expression rate of positive expression of poorly differentiated group(P<0.05); clinical stage:I-II group of positive expression rate of group III-IV insignificant difference between the positive expression rate(P>0.05); no pelvic lymph node metastasis positive expression rate of pelvic lymph node metastasis positive expression rate difference between meaningless group(P>0.05).3. Use the Spearman rank correlation analysis, the expression Livin,FHIT in epthelial ovarian cancer in a significant correlation, FHITã€Livin in epithelial ovarian carcer was negatively correlated.Conclusion:1.Expression of Livin in benign and malignant ovarian related to epithelial ovarian cancer, Livin expression and histological grade, regardless of the clinical grade and lymph node metastasis, suggesting that Livin can be used as an early diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer flag, while Livin can be used as indicators of epithelial ovarian cancer prognosis.2. FHIT expression and the malignant ovarian, FHIT in epithelial ovarian cancer, low expression, and histological grade, regardless of the clinical grade and lymph node metastasis, suggesting that FHIT can be used as an epithelial ovarian cancer early diagnostic marker, while FHIT can be used as indicators of epithelial ovarian cancer prognosis.3.Expression of Livin, FHIT in epithelial ovarian cancer in a significant correlation, FHIT 〠Livin in epithelial ovarian cancer was negatively correlated. Two collaborative detection can improve early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and further predict prognosis. |
