According to the condition of folic acid metabolism disorder in pregnant women, the individual taking folic acid was guided to follow up the pregnancy complications and outcome of pregnant women. Comparison of different groups appear the probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes, emphasizing the importance of taking folic acid during pregnancy science and achieve prenatal and postnatal care. Objective To investigate the effect of folic acid on women’s pregnancy by genetic testing.Materials and methods 1 Objects of research Selected December September 2013 to 2014 to Zheng Dasan Affiliated Hospital of folic acid risk assessment and science according to the test results of maternal folate 591 patients(experimental group), not scientific supplement of maternal folate 700 cases(control group). The related information with the consent questionnaire. Tracking the pregnancy complications and outcomes. 2 Methods of research Collect the oral mueosa cells of patients, then extraeted DNA from them.MTHF RC677 T,A1298C,MTRRA66 genotype are analyzed by a technique of quantitative PCR.According to the distribution of genetic polymorphism, maternal folate metabolism disorder was divided into four risk levels: no risk, low risk, moderate risk, high risk. Guide pregnant women to take folic acid, track the pregnancy outcome, comparative analysis of the experimental group and control group pregnancy complications and outcomes. 3 Statistical analysis SPSS17.0 is used for processed and analyzed the data, the distribution of genotype and allelic frequencies of each group are compared by χ2test;and measurement data are showed by χ ± s.the mean differences between the groups was compared by independent t-test. All the test level was α = 0.05.Results 1.There are no significant differences of ages, height and body mass between Spontaneous abortion group(29.910±4.682 岁,162.55±3.905 cm,60.060±6.694Kg)and control group(30.190±5.491 岁,161.80±4.189 cm, 58.520±7.207 Kg). 2.Research group and control group in spontaneous abortion group(χ2=9.386,P=0.002<0.05),in Fetal congenital malformations group(cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease, induced labor),in fetal growth restriction group(χ2=4.254,P=0.039<0.05),in premature delivery group(χ2=7.381,P=0.007<0.05),in macrosomia group(χ2=5.116,P=0.024<0.05) are compared with statistical significance;Research group and control group in grape mole group(χ2=0.024,P=0.876>0.05)is compared with no statistical significance.3.Research group and control group in PIH group(χ2=19.185,P=0.000<0.05),in anemia during pregnancy group(χ2=36.087, P=0.000<0.05),are compared with statistical significance;Research group and control group in GDM group(χ2=1.185,P=0.276>0.05)is compared with no statistical significance. Conclusion 1.There are relevance between scientific supplement of folic acid by genetic testing and spontaneous abortion, fetal congenital malformations, premature birth, fetal growth restriction, the occurrence of fetal congenital heart disease. 2.There is relevance between scientific supplement of folic acid by genetic testing and health status of the newborn. 3.There are relevance between scientific supplement of folic acid by genetic testing and gestational hypertension, anemia during pregnancy.
